"Isn't that Heles?" Quitela deliberately drew out his tone, asking a question he already knew the answer to, "What are you stuck up there for? Is that cube some kind of new massage device?"
"You have the nerve to ask? This is all your doing!" Heles, growing angrier the more she thought about it, simply decided to let it all out, shouting furiously at Quitela, her voice trembling slightly with rage.
Quitela was clearly taken aback for a moment, scratching his head with a look of bewilderment. "What does it have to do with me? I just saw you for the first time."
"Hmph, feigning ignorance!" Heles bared her teeth, looking exactly like a cat with its fur standing on end.
"Hey, that Supreme Kai," Quitela, seeing he couldn't get an answer from her, turned his gaze to Soya inside the cube, his tone carrying a trace of unquestionable authority, "What on earth is going on here?"
With Quitela's keen eye, he recognized Soya's identity at a glance, he was a Supreme Kai.
"This matter is a long story," Soya chuckled with a smile, "To put it simply, there's a little misunderstanding between you two. I came here this time precisely to resolve your grievances."
"Grievances?" Quitela was even more confused, his brow furrowing tightly as he tried hard to recall any past conflicts between himself and Heles, but drew a complete blank.
"It's normal for Destroyer Gods to have occasional friction, I understand that." Soya continued, his tone as sincere as a neighborhood committee auntie mediating a dispute.
"You go on." Quitela narrowed his eyes, watching Soya with great interest, wanting to hear what kind of tale he could spin.
"That's all there is to say," Soya suddenly changed the subject, shaking his head with a sigh, "Actually, there isn't much for me to say. After all, this is a matter between you Destroyer Gods. As a mere Supreme Kai, it's better if I don't get involved."
"Know your place." Quitela snorted, an expression of disdain appearing on his face, clearly not putting this "outside Supreme Kai" in his eyes.
"Well then... Lord Quitela, we'll take our leave now, no need to see us off." Soya waved a hand at Quitela, making as if to activate the flying cube and depart.
"Wait!" Quitela was immediately displeased, a trace of a Destroyer God's oppressive aura emanating from him, "You think you can just leave? Did I say you could go? I still have questions to ask!"
Soya paused his actions for the moment, turning back to ask, "Does Lord Quitela have something else?"
"Which universe's Supreme Kai are you?" Quitela stared intently at Soya, his gaze sharp as a blade, "How come I've never seen you before?"
"Ah... that..." Soya grinned, revealing a mouthful of white teeth, "Lord Quitela, I am a Supreme Kai from another parallel world. I came to this world to learn advanced experience."
Only then did Quitela nod with sudden understanding.
Indeed, many Supreme Kais used Time Rings to observe the development of universes or planets in other timelines.
Nothing really suspicious about that.
"Let's not talk about parallel world matters for now," Quitela shifted the topic again, "I'm just asking you, which universe's Supreme Kai are you? I don't remember any universe having a Supreme Kai of your race."
"Lord Quitela, how about... coming in to chat?" Soya suddenly revealed a friendly smile, actively extending an invitation. He then took out a Capsule Corp capsule and casually tossed it.
"Snap!"
The capsule instantly expanded and transformed upon hitting the ground, turning into a square table.
The table was laden with all kinds of delicacies.
Golden, juicy roasted meat, brightly colored fruits, fragrant pastries, and even a few bottles of chilled beer.
"Have a taste? This is my personal stash of good food and drink." Soya smiled slightly, sincerity twinkling in his eyes.
Quitela's gaze was instantly drawn to the feast on the table, his eyes glued to it.
For a Destroyer God, nothing was more attractive than good food.
"Fine." Quitela thought for a moment, not objecting.
After all, the other party was just a Supreme Kai, what kind of trouble could he possibly stir up?
In the next moment, Quitela's figure moved, flying towards the flying cube.
"Soya, are you crazy? What are you letting this guy in for?" Heles whispered a reprimand at Soya, her face pale with anxiety, "Do you want him to laugh at me?"
"Of course, to come in for a drink, chat a bit, and promote some friendship between Destroyer Gods." Soya grinned, his tone relaxed.
"Don't let him in!" Heles was getting annoyed, her voice even taking on a tearful edge.
"Negative emotional value from Heles +888!"
"Snap!"
The moment Quitela's body entered the flying cube, before he could even get a good look at the delicacies on the table, he was stuck to the cube's wall as if by invisible glue.
And even more coincidentally, Quitela ended up stuck directly opposite Heles.
The two of them stared at each other, wide eyed, the scene becoming extremely awkward.
Heles's eyes widened, a look of stunned disbelief on her face.
Why did this scene feel so familiar?
Seemed like she'd seen it somewhere before...
"What's going on?" The smile instantly froze on Quitela's face, a growing sense of unease washing over him. He immediately began struggling desperately, "Dammit! What the hell is this thing?"
However, what made Quitela despair was...
After getting stuck to the cube wall, the more he struggled, the tighter he got stuck, as if he were being embedded into the wall itself.
Raditz merely glanced at Quitela before shifting his gaze back to the crystal ball.
After all, he'd already seen the spectacle of Quitela getting stuck once. Seeing it a second time wasn't really fresh. Watching his brother Kakarot fight was still more interesting.
Soya also ignored Quitela's struggles, similarly focusing his gaze on the crystal ball.
Now it just depended on whether this flying cube could withstand the energy of two Destroyer Gods.
It shouldn't be a problem, theoretically!
If it really couldn't handle it, Soya still had the Purple Gold Gourd. He could just put them inside when the time came.
...
Inside the crystal ball.
The moment Vegeta eliminated Nappa.
Son Goku had already flown high into the air holding Son Gohan and pulling Krillin along, cold sweat beading on his forehead.
Son Goku clearly sensed that this Saiyan called Vegeta possessed unfathomable strength, far beyond anything Nappa could compare to.
"What a vicious guy, he even killed his own comrade!" Krillin exclaimed with lingering fear, his face etched with terror.
"You two, hurry back to Master Roshi's place. It's too dangerous here." Son Goku said with a grave expression, his tone brooking no argument.
Krillin hesitated briefly before gritting his teeth and nodding in agreement.
Krillin knew that staying would only hold Goku back.
Son Gohan, however, hesitated, his small face full of worry, "But Dad..."
Gohan felt it was too dangerous for his father to stay behind alone.
The aura Vegeta had just unleashed was simply too powerful, instilling a deep sense of fear in Gohan from the bottom of his heart.
"That guy is really too strong, you should have sensed it too," Krillin said solemnly, patting Gohan on the shoulder, "We can't be of much use here. We'd just cause trouble for Goku."
"This is tough... That guy's strength is beyond anything I imagined." Son Goku looked down at Vegeta's tall, imposing figure below, forcing a bitter smile.
