In a dark cave, where no sunlight reached, Madara sat in absolute silence, his eyes closed, listening to the echo of water droplets falling in the depths.
Beside him, Black Zetsu was watching the final pages of the ninth volume, which was slowly reaching its concluding moments, leaving behind a trail of information that could never be erased.
"This exceeds all expectations," Black Zetsu said in a hushed voice, trembling with a fear he dared not show openly.
'The history of the shinobi, which I have manipulated for centuries, weaving its threads with the utmost care, do not tell me it is going to be leaked to the world through this manga? Every step, every decision, every secret, will become exposed before the eyes of everyone.'
'Just like the future of the divided Hyuga clan, which has already been revealed to the public.'
He feared that this manga would expose his secret plans, plans he had woven across generations, aimed at reviving Madara and realizing his greatest project: the "Eye of the Moon" plan, behind which lay his own role in freeing his mother from her prison.
Every word in the manga was like a dagger stabbing into his dark heart, threatening to expose everything he had built with patience and deliberation.
Madara slowly opened his eyes. A gaze as cold as Arctic ice pierced the darkness, as though searching for something beyond the walls of the cave.
"Knowledge is power, Zetsu. But it is also a double-edged sword. It grants insight, yet it also plants the seeds of doubt and rebellion."
He too saw in this leak a threat to his long-term plan, for foreknowledge could alter the course of events he had planned with the utmost care, and might push individuals into making decisions he had not accounted for.
"Does he believe that with this, he can change the fate of this world?"
Madara wondered in a muffled voice, directing the question more toward Uzumaki Rubeiro than toward Zetsu.
"He does not realize that every attempt to change the course may lead him to the same outcome, or perhaps to a worse one."
These words carried within them a blind confidence in his vision, yet they also revealed a hidden anxiety that his complex plans might be affected by this unexpected interference.
For Uzumaki Rubiro, with every new volume that appeared, it became more certain to him that Rubiro must be erased before venturing into the true buried secrets of this world, his current existence, which should not be, being one example.
…
In the Hokage's office, Sarutobi Hiruzen was holding the ninth volume, its pages crumpling between his fingers, an expression of deep concern spreading across his face, which had begun to show the marks of age.
"The secrets of the Hyuga, their complex clan system, they have been laid bare before the entire world. This is not merely an information leak; it is an earthquake shaking the very foundations of Konoha."
He was thinking about the repercussions of this leak on Konoha's stability and its internal and external relations.
"How will we face the anger of the Hyuga clan? And how will we prevent other villages from exploiting this information to sow discord within our own village?"
These questions circled in his mind as he recognized that preserving internal and external peace would require exceptional wisdom and diplomacy.
He feared that this revelation would lead to the unraveling of fragile alliances and ignite the spark of new conflicts.
"Rubiro must certainly be held accountable!"
…
In the Tsuchikage's office, Onoki was staring at the horizon from his office window, a faint smile on his wrinkled lips, as though the entire world had become a chess game in which a select few were participating.
"The world will never be the same, that much is certain. Knowledge has become a new weapon, more powerful than any ninjutsu."
He saw in this manga a golden opportunity for the Rock Village to strengthen its intelligence and military capabilities.
"We must be the first to understand and analyze this information. Every technique, every weakness, every exposed strength must be studied carefully."
He was planning an arms race of knowledge, where information would be the new currency and the ability to exploit it would be the key to supremacy.
"We will build a new generation of shinobi, not only physically strong, but also strategically intelligent, capable of reading the future through these pages."
His eyes gleamed with boundless ambition.
…
In Kumogakure, A, the Third Raikage, was training with great force, his muscles tensing beneath his shirt, every punch and kick carrying destructive power.
"Gai's strength, Kakashi's speed, Orochimaru's flexibility… these techniques surpass the limits of conventional ninjutsu."
He saw in the extreme Taijutsu displayed in the manga an inspiration for his fighters, and was studying how to develop more lethal physical combat styles.
"We must focus on developing physical strength and maximum speed. If a shinobi can reach these levels without the need for complex chakra, this opens new horizons."
He was planning new training programs focused on enhancing physical capabilities, believing that raw strength and speed could be decisive in future battles.
"We will not rely solely on lightning, we will become lightning itself."
This was his vision for the future of Kumogakure.
…
In the Kazekage's office, Saburo no Shazan, the Third Kazekage, was watching Gaara on the manga page as he stood face to face with Rock Lee.
"Gaara's weapon appears to be the sand gourd he carries. Perhaps in this battle, the power of Shukaku will be revealed, as we all expected?"
He was concerned that the manga might expose Gaara's weaknesses, which would lead him to seek in the future to strengthen his control over the Biju.
"If enemies learn of his weaknesses, they will exploit them. We must find a way to strengthen the current Jinchuriki's control over Shukaku, and protect his secrets."
This information placed Sunagakure in a precarious position, as the Sand Village's most valuable card would become fully exposed.
"We must develop new techniques to conceal his abilities, or to enhance them in unexpected ways."
This was his plan to preserve Sunagakure's strength, assuming, of course, that the worst came to pass and Shukaku appeared in the manga.
…
Elsewhere, far from the noise of the hidden villages, Hanzo the Salamander was reading the final pages of the ninth volume with great seriousness, his eyes moving between the lines with intense focus.
"This manga… it threatens the sovereignty of the villages and the balance of power we have maintained with such difficulty."
He saw an urgent need to intervene and stop the spread of this information, which could turn the balance of power in the shinobi world completely upside down, not because he cared about the safety of Konoha or Kiri, but because he knew that the role of the Rain Village was coming, inevitably.
"If this leak continues, there will be no safe secret. Every village will know the secrets of the others, and this will lead to utter chaos."
He was thinking of calling another emergency meeting with the leaders of the other villages to discuss how to deal with this escalating threat.
"We must unite to stop this tide, or the shinobi world as we know it will collapse."
These were his final words before he slammed the volume shut with force, as though closing a door on an unknown future.
…
In the Hyuga clan's residence, Hiashi and Hizashi, both twelve years old, were speaking quietly after reading the ninth volume, which had revealed glimpses of Hinata's and Neji's future.
"Hinata's cry, the courage she displayed in facing danger…" Hiashi said, his eyes reflecting a sense of satisfaction.
"She is showing a strength we never expected from her first timid and listless appearance. But does this mean we were wrong in our assessment?"
This question stirred within him a conflict between deeply rooted traditions and the new possibilities the manga had revealed.
He saw in the future Hinata a latent power, but one that might require letting go of some old beliefs.
"The anger Neji feels toward the main family is extremely unusual," Hizashi added, wondering about the extent to which the clan's system had affected Neji's future.
"Is what Father assumed really what happened to him? I mean, the death of his father… my death…"
The conversation was quiet, yet it carried the seeds of rebellion against the old order, drawing inspiration from Hinata's cry and Neji's courage in confronting his fate. These words were planting doubt in their hearts about the justice of the clan's system.
Even the future that had been planned for them was beginning to grow hazy, little by little.
"I will not allow you to die, brother, do not worry!"
"We must think about the future of the clan, not only about preserving traditions, but about developing them."
This was the idea that had begun to take shape in their minds, an idea that might change the course of the Hyuga clan forever.
This moment was the beginning of thinking about radical reforms, reforms that might lead to freeing the branch family from the shackles of the past and uniting the clan under a single banner of strength and justice.
…
Reactions were not limited to the Kage and clan leaders.
In every village, and in every corner of the shinobi world, the manga and anime were sparking sharp debates and deep questions.
Young ninja were dreaming of becoming like the heroes of the manga, training harder, and attempting to imitate the techniques they had seen.
Meanwhile, older ninja were analyzing the information, searching for weaknesses, and planning how to exploit this new knowledge.
The markets were buzzing with talk of the future, of the coming wars, and of the heroes who would emerge. This new knowledge was a double-edged sword, granting hope to some, and planting fear in the hearts of others.
The world they had known was beginning to change, not through wars or direct conflicts, but through the unstoppable power of information.
This was the beginning of a new era: the era of knowledge, in which ignorance was no longer power, but had become a fatal weakness.
Every village, every clan, every individual had to choose: would they surrender to the past, or embrace the unknown future that these pages had revealed?
The answer to that question would determine the fate of the shinobi world in the years to come.
…
Several days after the end of Manga Day, the seventh episode of the Naruto anime was finally broadcast.
In the Mizukage's office, Hozuki Mizuru, the Third Mizukage, was holding a report on the latest anime episode, which had been presenting glimpses of Zabuza's past.
"Zabuza, the Demon of the Mist… his history, his motivations, and even his techniques have become known."
He was thinking about how to track the missing ninja who might appear in the future, and how this information could affect the security of Kirigakure.
"If we can know who will become a rogue ninja before they do, we can prevent it. Or at the very least, we can prepare to face them."
This information represented both a challenge and an opportunity simultaneously, a challenge to the village's security, and an opportunity to strengthen its intelligence apparatus.
"We must intensify our efforts to identify these individuals, and understand how we can integrate this knowledge into our defensive and offensive strategies." He recognized that the mist that enveloped Kirigakure was no longer sufficient to conceal its secrets.
