The ELO System is a structured ranking framework used to evaluate and scale Elite Guards, Lieutenants, and soldiers based on performance and merit. Rankings are determined by participation in high-difficulty missions and successful completion of assigned objectives. Personnel earn ELO points through demonstrated achievement, operational effectiveness, and notable accomplishments in the field.
ELO points may only be awarded by the President and Mr. N, using a strict, unbiased system. To ensure centralized authority and maintain the integrity and prestige of the ranking system.

There are special ranks in the Elite Guard that stand for different things.
Elite Guard Rank 0 is usually the vice president. A unique spot for someone close to the "Leader".
Fun fact: In the last 5 years, Osprey and Dreyfus have clashed heads and Ideal's 10 times.
(I was there!)
Their Record is 10-10 each(I think). So as a journalist, I spread rumors that they are equals.
However, in the last 2 years, Dreyfus has defeated him 4-0.
Key Positions.
Elite Guard rank 1 is seen as someone who must be inhuman. Someone who's even "stronger" than their leaders.
Elite Guard Rank 2 is a spot that's usually given to the fighter within the Organization with the most combat experience.
Rank 3 is a spot for someone who has a lot of Potential.
Rank 6 is a spot for someone who has the capabilities of being top 5, but for a special reason is being held back.
For Solomon, it's because he's a very important medic/doctor, so Mr. N holds him back.
For Epicurus, it's because "Puppet Brain" has an argument for being the most terrifying fighter in the United States.
Contrary to how Osprey is the Right Hand For Mr. N.
