Even so, his fingers became focused as he operated the screen.

"We'll have to wait for Thor to solve the other problems for now. But we can simulate the current issues first." Tony's mind raced.

"Jarvis, create two separate biological models, using the data from the scan we just did. Simulate injecting our existing serum and calculate the cell thresholds."

"And that golden thing," he said casually, glancing at the briefcase Henry had placed on the console.

"You better not have added anything new to the serum, Henry. I know the recipe better than you do. If you dare put any pepper spray or mustard oil or anything like that in it, I swear I'll flush you down the toilet."

Tony knew, of course, that wasn't pepper spray.

As a co-developer of the combination of the Super Soldier Serum and the modified Extremis Virus, he has an in-depth understanding of this stuff.

So far, Pepper, Happy, Wanda, and Pietro have all been injected with this stuff, and they have personally experienced the feeling of that power bursting through their bodies.

But this version was clearly different from the one he was familiar with; the faint energy fluctuations emanating from it piqued his curiosity.

"What do you mean by 'something shameful'? You're using such a harsh language." Henry opened the briefcase; the syringe lay quietly on the padding, radiating a golden light.

"I call this technological iteration and innovation," Henry said, waving a syringe in front of Tony with a boastful tone.

"Simply put, I just improved a few things, such as making the recovery ability stronger and being able to transform into 'Thunderbolt'."

He casually explained what had happened to the two of them.

After hearing Henry's explanation, Tony felt like he had been deceived.

I injected you and you leveled up?!

Have I, the older brother, been abandoned?!

Damn Henry!!

But after thinking about Henry's new idea, Tony felt that Henry was simply insane!!

He's insane! This guy is absolutely insane!

This isn't a scientific experiment; it's playing with fire!

They were still tap dancing on a powder keg while playing with fire!

I have to admit, this idea really shows that Tama is a genius!

Tony glanced at the syringe again and took a deep breath.

Then, he snatched the syringe from Henry's hand, carefully cradling it in his palm as if it weren't a medicine but a work of art.

"Energy conduction greatly amplified, cell remodeling..." he murmured to himself, his mind racing.

Calculations and deductions have already begun.

"You upgraded...these? And this...?"

Henry smiled with satisfaction as he watched Tony instantly enter madman mode.

He knew that for someone like Tony, nothing could capture his attention more than a new toy.

"Alright, the technical problems are your problem to solve, you genius." Henry clapped his hands, drawing their attention back.

"We can't be idle while we wait for Thor."

His eyes flicked over to Steve.

"Captain, all you and Aunt Peggy need to do now is rest and recuperate. I'll have Jarvis design the most scientific nutritional meals and rehabilitation plan for you. All you need to do is get your bodies into top condition to prepare for your upcoming second puberty."

He then looked at Tony.

Finally, he stretched and a relaxed smile appeared on his face.

"As for me..."

"Tony, besides figuring out how to give these two a power boost, you have another task. Get the new base built as soon as possible. I need a defense system, a global support network, and a hangar to house our future fleet."

"What are you doing?" Tony asked without looking up, his eyes fixed on the data on the holographic screen.

"Me? Of course, I'll be handling the external public relations for our new company." Henry smiled mysteriously.

"Someone has to tell the whole world that S.H.I.E.L.D. has a new boss, right?"

"By the way..." He paused, then shrugged.

"I also need to reassure those long-term employees who are feeling lost due to the company's upheaval. We can't let them wander around outside and cause trouble for our new order, right?"

Tony's fingers paused slightly as he typed on the keyboard.

He slowly raised his head and frowned.

"Old employees? You mean those Hydra remnants that haven't been dealt with yet?"

Henry didn't answer, but just gave a knowing smile.

Upon hearing this, Steve's eyes flickered.

The name reminded him of memories in his mind.

It was also the memory he least wanted to recall.

Hydra—a nightmare that haunted him his entire life, an organization that caused him to lose his closest friends, his comrades, and even, at one point, his faith. He thought he wouldn't care much anymore, but hearing the name again still stirred some emotions within him.

He remembered the Red Skull's red face, Dr. Zola's algorithm, and the venomous heart beneath Alexander Pierce's hypocritical mask. He also remembered Bucky.

This was supposed to be his best friend, his brother who fought alongside him on the streets of Brooklyn.

But in the end, Hydra twisted it into a soulless weapon, a weapon devoid of any spirit, only capable of slaughter.

Steve's heart skipped a beat.

He returned from the future, carrying with him exhaustion and regret.

He chose to stay in this timeline, wanting only to protect Peggy and live out the rest of his life in peace.

He had thought he could be an observer, watching the wheels of history slowly turn forward.

But Henry's arrival shattered his illusions.

In the alternate timeline, the Winter Soldier's fate is tragic.

Therefore, his story has come to an end.

That's right, Henry and his men dealt with the Winter Soldier.

This is what Henry said himself.

dealt with.

What cold and cruel words.

Steve knew that, given Henry's ruthless style, any resolution would be far more complex than simply inviting him for a coffee. Bucky ultimately didn't get a good ending.

There is no redemption, no liberation; it is simply erased as a mistake abandoned by history.

Guilt and pain overwhelmed him.

He instinctively clenched his hands, as if only in this way could he prevent himself from being swallowed by grief.

He knew he had no right to interfere with the history of the world.

He wasn't even qualified to criticize Henry.

Because in the original timeline, he had also turned against Tony to protect Bucky, causing the Avengers to fall apart.

What right does he have to demand that others understand his friendship?
