Zhang Zhiqi came to Li Yue with the hope that Bo Ya's plan would succeed. Arriving in the room, Zhang Zhiqi's eyes widened when he saw Zhang Yiran lying unconscious with his head bandaged.
"What have you done to Yiran!?"
Zhang Zhiqi yell angrily as he rushed to get Zhang Yiran.
"Yiran... Yiran, my poor son..."
Zhang Zhiqi called his son in a melancholy tone. Tears began to wet his cheeks.
"He tried to run away. I had to do all this to stop him."
Li Yue said casually while fiddling with her chili-red fingernails.
"What has Yiran done to you that you would do all this to him? He is your nephew."
Zhang Zhiqi shouted angrily.
"Huh... you asked me what has he done to me? Hahahaha..."
Li Yue laughed like a madman.
"You want to know what have he done? Because he was born from that village woman's womb!"
Li Yue said angrily as she threw an ashtray right next to Zhang Zhiqi.
"The village girl? She's your sister Li Yue. Do you realize that?"
Zhang Zhiqi tried to explain.
"Tch! Sister."
Li Yue sneered in disgust. She got up from her seat. Walk angelically to approach Zhang Zhiqi.
"I don't have a sister that old fashionable. She doesn't deserve to be my sister."
She said while roughly pulling Zhang Zhiqi's hair.
"And you! why do you only see her!?"
She screamed right onto Zhang Zhiqi's face. All this time she did everything for Zhang Zhiqi. But that man only saw her sister. Li Yue couldn't accept that.
"What did she give you that you are willing to lose everything for her?"
She ask while gently caressing Zhang Zhiqi's cheek.
"A Qi. Open your eyes A Qi."
She pleaded with a sad face. Zhang Zhiqi closed his eyes tightly.
"Pretend to accept her. Hold on until the situation is completely safe for Yiran, Li Da and your newborn child."
Zhang Zhiqi remembered Bo Ya plan.
"A Ya. Lu Ya."
Zhang Zhiqi said. Bo Ya frowned at that. "Has my brother-in-law lost his mind?" Bo Ya hugged him tightly. "Poor thing. He's too stressed. Li Yue, I won't let you go!"
"My newborn child. His name is Lu Ya. Please take care of them until our plan succeeds."
Zhang Zhiqi begged. "Oh." Bo Ya nodded.
"I promise. Even if it means my life..."
Before Bo Ya could finish his words, Zhang Zhiqi's hand had covered his mouth. Zhang Zhiqi released Bo Ya's hand that was wrapped around his body. He sat up straight facing his brother-in-law.
"You also have to endure until everything is over. You can't die before that. Promise me Bo Ya!"
With an awkward smile, Bo Ya nodded. "Who knows what will happen in the future."
"A Qi..."
Zhang Zhiqi was startled by the voice he hated so much.
"I accept you. But..."
Li Yue smiled at Zhang Zhiqi's answer. She looked so excited. Finally all of her hard work paid off.
"Don't touch Li Da and my children."
Zhang Zhiqi said firmly. Li Yue nodded.
"But Yiran is ours."
Her words ensnared Zhang Zhiqi's composure. But he had to agree. With a faint smile, Zhang Zhiqi nodded.
***
Zhang Yiran went silent. Behind the door of the room, he heard everything. Now he understood why Bo Ya was so mysterious. In looking for a place for their family to meet in the past, Bo Ya used thousands of tricks to obscure Li Yue's eyes. Zhang Yiran carved a smile. "Uncle Bo Ya. You really is something."
Zhang Yiran slowly opened the door. Pretending to still be sleepy. His steps were clumsily arranged to approach Bo Ya.
"Are you awake already?"
Zhang Zhiqi asked. His chest began to pound. What if his son heard all the secrets he was trying to hide.
Zhang Yiran nodded and said
"Uncle Bo Ya. I am hungry..."
Zhang Yiran sat next to Lulu. Rubbing his eyes several times to make his act look real. In fact, his eyes were already filled with tears. Sad. Painful. Disappointed. Angry. His chest began to feel tight.
"Okay. What do you want to eat?"
Bo Ya asked softly.
"Anything will do."
Zhang Yiran replied while resting his head on Lulu's shoulder.
"Okay."
Bo Ya patted Zhang Zhiqi's shoulder. Inviting him to help him in the kitchen. Giving Lulu and Zhang Yiran some space to calm their minds with what had happened.
"Lulu, Yiran. I have to help Bo Ya in the kitchen. Do you have any requests?"
Zhang Zhiqi asked.
"Pizza."
Lulu replied.
"Pizza?"
Zhang Zhiqi looked at Bo Ya. "Are you good at cooking Pizza?" Bo Ya shook his head.
"Err...we'll order Pizza tonight. For lunch, we'll have soup."
Zhang Zhiqi replied. Lulu smirk. He looked annoyed. As if to say "Why asking if you've already decided what to cook? Don't give the kids a false hope."
Zhang Zhiqi carved a lopsided smile. Bo Ya was already chuckled. "Serves you right?" Zhang Zhiqi got up and gently slapped Bo Ya's arm. "No need to laugh!"
"Where's Mu Zhe?"
Zhang Yiran asked after their father and uncle walked into the kitchen.
"School."
Lulu replied. Zhang Yiran nodded. Slowly, the tears he had been trying to hold back since then flowed out without any shame.
Hearing Zhang Yiran's sobs, Lulu gently rubbing his brother's back.
"Do you remember when we were little, Papa once brought you back to see us?"
Lulu asked. Zhang Yiran nodded.
"Back then...we didn't even know that we were siblings. I always thought you were my mom's lover's child."
Hearing that, Zhang Yiran chuckled.
"Me too. I didn't expect them to be so good at keeping secrets from us. Haaa..."
Zhang Yiran let out a heavy sigh. Wiping away his tears.
"Even though it was only a week, the memories were still beautiful. I will remember all of that forever."
Zhang Yiran said.
"Because for that week's meeting, I don't know what Papa and Uncle Bo Ya sacrificed."
Lulu nodded in agreement. Even though they only get a chance to be together for a week, there must be something that needs to be sacrificed. But what? Lulu turned around. Stared at the kitchen. "Dad. Uncle Bo Ya. Starting today, you guys will no longer fight Li Yue alone."
"Starting today, we will be with them."
Lulu said. Zhang Yiran adjusted his seat. Staring at Lulu's face without a blink. His younger brother looked calm. As if he already had a plan in his mind.
"Okay. What's your plan?"
Zhang Yiran asked excitedly. He wanted to stop Li Yue's madness for a long time. Especially after he found out about the truth. Li Yue had to pay for the time he lost to be with his family.
"Plan? What plan?"
Lulu asked.
"Ha!?"
Zhang Yiran's mouth gaped as his eyes widened like a Chameleon eyes at Lulu's poker face.
"But... you... you seem to have...a plan...but..."
Zhang Yiran was stunned in disbelief.
"My dear big brother. Focus on studying. Get a good job. Make lots of money. At that time..."
Lulu tightly grabbed Zhang Yiran's shoulder. He looks deeply at Zhang Yiran's questioning face. He knew how impatient his brother was to eliminate Li Yue. But, they were still underage. Just leave the matter to the adults. He trusted his father. His uncle, Bo Ya. His teacher Ma Yuan. And the Chen family.
"At that time we will had a power. When we had a power, we could destroy the entire earth in a blink of eyes."
Lulu said as he adjusted the collar of his brother's shirt.
"But... before that... were we still alive?"
Zhang Yiran asked.
"Puih!"
Lulu knocked on the table several times. Clearing all the crap out of Zhang Yiran's words.
"Don't say things like that. We have to be strong. How do you think I've been able to hide until now?"
Zhang Yiran shook his head. Right. He and his men never managed to find Lulu and his mother's hiding place. Lulu seemed to be smiling proudly. Making Zhang Yiran start to feel sick.
Lulu put his face close to Zhang Yiran's ear.
"The Chen family. They are the masters."
Lulu whispered.
"Ha!?"
"Shhhh...."
Lulu covered Zhang Yiran's mouth. As if it was a secret that Zhang Zhiqi and Bo Ya couldn't know. However, he forgot that it was Bo Ya who had handed him and his mother over to the Chen family's protection.
