It's been a couple of weeks everything has been chill and Jasmine has been cold, but me and Rose have gotten close.
As I look at Rose, her hair just dances in the wind, her lips like she only uses pomegranate juice to get the redness in her lips perfect.
Rose turns her head and smiles at me "what see something you like over there Blake" I turn my head
She just giggles as she puts me on her shoulders and walks into a portal.
"Where are we going?"
Shushing me with a finger over her lips as she keeps walking minutes of her taking me deep into the cave we enter a ritual site.
A bone deep chill runs down my spine as I look clean with no blood but fine me chill.
Rose puts me down and walks to the alter "this is where his power came from" I stare confused
She looks back "not his full power one of his many"
She walks around pulling a chalice from under a false rock and smashing open a hidden compartment filled with running water.
"Years back when oblivion was still weak he wanted control so I brought him here"
Washing the chalice I. The water it stains red like blood.
"Only me the celestial queen and some of the higher ups knew about this place"
"It was meant for gaining power but after what we did we corrupted its pure nature"
Walking to the alter she pulls out a knife and slices her hand open. I look at her with shock.
"He wanted to control other so he sacrificed his blood mixed it with mine and a goddess to be able to control other with his very blood"
She opens a portal and I see an old man sitting on a throne in the sky with Olympic symbols around him with the face of lightning emitting from him.
Write a question rose, stab him he cursed golden blood flow from his wound, rose collected in the chalice.
He picked up a lightning bolt before throwing it out the portal closes "w-was that zu-"
"Not important the ritual to be able to control your blood needs someone who understands blood a pure gods blood and the chalice needs to be topped off the the drinkers own blood"
I look at her knowing this is crazy but after traveling universes, I'll believe anything I've grabbed a knife from her hand.
She just stares at me, not moving. I put the blade to the palm of my hand, but then I flinched back cause I'm not completely crazy.
Rose doesn't force me to do it, she just answers by watching me not working at all. I take a deep breath before I think I'm a small cut on my hand, barely even big enough to make even a single drop fall.
Rose just appeared to be disappointed.
I bite my lip before gripping the blade rough as I come to smile down hard, my palm filled with blood.
I let my blood flow into the chalice. The blood swirling singing bright red.
After a while, my head starts to get dizzy. I sway, but I slap myself as I pull my hand away.
I look down at the blood shining like a ruby I pick up the chalice and drink it all.
My body felt like it was burning like lava with razor blades wet shove down my throat falling to my knees I vomit blood.
Rose just looks down at me I start to convulse on the ground. "What a shame looks like he couldn't handle it to bad"
She turned around but before she could leave. I griped onto her leg with all my strength, my eyes bleeding but not willing to give up.
She looks down and smile a cold but yet playful giving off amusement at my clinging on to life
Forcing myself back to my feet I look at her "I'm. Still. Alive."
She smiles as she points to my hand "heal it" I look at my hand and focus as my blood speeds up and the gash heals right back up I collapse before collapsing to my knee.
Rose stands over me and hands me a sandwich and water. "What this is not a video game healing isn't that simple."
"The body need sleep, and nutrition to rejuvenate, the reason why I can heal my injuries nearly instantly with Less sleep is because my body naturally recovers blood faster"
"My blood regenerate nearly instantly with blood that can be used on anyone so basically a infinite blood bag but if to much of my blood is used the person will slowly lose themselves and turn into a version of me"
"After becoming a guard for the celestial realm my blood was linked to alternate versions of myself like unwilling blood bags"
I look at her zoning out.
"Ok ok please stop talking so much tell me what
to do" she looks at me and smiles.
"Alright first let's get you some power"
Rose starts walking out the cave following her, I just stare at her back walking into the light. I cover my eyes slightly as a portal opens in front of us. I could hear a faint alarm coming from it.
"Get in"
I just look at Rose "now why would I get into some random portal where I don't even know where I'm going?"
Rose just smirks at me. I sigh as I walk inside and I look around and nothing but dead bodies fire carnage and a hospital
I look back at her before I can say anything and she throws a pistol at my face.
"Here your going to need it oh and if you die, you die"
She leaves without a word, I clench my teeth thinking about how annoying she is she treats me like a fragile doll.
Next second she leaves me to die even with that "training" I don't know anything. I'm still just a normal guy with a couple weeks of training.
When I tried to fight a street fighter I almost died but I took a deep breath and started walking through the lab.
in the corner of my eye, I see a silhouette behind in a window, but immediately they disappear in a flashing blue light.
I rubbed my eyes thinking I'm just going crazy from how much insane shit I've seen.
