Chapter 39 - crumbs # 2

(some random text he just omitted happened)

Writer: ...Okay, basically, for the idea of this story, I was planning to continue the public trial between Aizen and Phoenix Wright's point of view.

Translator:.... It's fucking midnight, can't you fucking wait until tomorrow?

*tired sticker*

Writer: No.

So, continuing from where I left off.... If you remember, this happened after the Escanor War, right?

Well, it doesn't matter. What matters is that as soon as the trial began, and after making sure it was being broadcast worldwide, Aizen started his attack by saying "Before you stands the person who represents all justice in the universe, and yet he did not intervene in the unnecessary massacre caused by Escanor throughout the entire world!!, a massacre that affected not only the planet, but even entire pantheons beyond the stars" while pointing at Phoenix with a face full of disgust and disapproval.

To which Phoenix simply nodded while saying, "I accept that accusation since it is true."

This caused a bunch of shocked gasps, while murmurs of disapproval could be heard in the background because of his actions.

It's also worth mentioning that someone in the stands shouted something like, "YOU BASTARD!!, HOW COULD YOU!?" or something along those lines. Honestly it's not that relevant.

*Raising arm sticker*

Translator:.... Please, just let me sleep.

Writer: If you actually wanted to sleep, you'd ignore me, and you know it.

Anyway, continuing with the story, Aizen took advantage of the moment to say "You all see it!? He even admits it himself!!, proving that he isn't truly the justice he has claimed to be for so many years!"

To which Phoenix simply replied indifferently "And that is exactly what I am, because what I did was right."

Obviously, that mindset is thanks to the protagonist's intervention, but Phoenix genuinely believes that this is the truth.

He even already had the justification he was going to give prepared. It clearly wouldn't fool anyone, but everyone would believe it because, well... it's Phoenix.

Translator: You know what? Fuck this, I'm done. I'll just turn off my phone's vibration and go to sleep. Good night.

*Fox lying down sticker*

Writer: You're exaggerating. It's not even that late, besides, we've stayed up much later and under much worse circumstances.

Anyway, once Phoenix finished speaking, Aizen took the opportunity to shout "OBJECTION!!" before continuing "That is clearly a complete violation of existential morality! Therefore, you broke the rules by allowing such a massacre to take place!!"

But obviously, Aizen momentarily ignored the great lesson once given by Snape about spells

*Evil smile sticker*

The moment Aizen finished speaking, Phoenix responded with an "OBJECTION!!" of his own before saying "Obviously, the moral law was broken by that action. However, that transgression is forgivable because an even greater law was put into practice during said massacre, as everyone knows...." a whole bunch of details followed. Aizen tried to deny that the massacre had been necessary, while Phoenix demonstrated through his arguments that it was indeed obligatory to happen and blah blah blah.

The point is, after ten minutes of them basically throwing verbal shit at each other, Aizen finally said "Your Honor, as logical as Mr. Phoenix's words may sound, I request the presence of witnesses."

Eventually, the judge accepted.

Emily entered the scene and gave her testimony, then came Star, Nick Fury, Yuno, Itachi who surprisingly hadn't been discovered as a member of Akatsuki despite literally wearing their clothes, Roger, Emma, Tanya, Gyutaro, and even Johnny was there.

In other words, almost everyone who had lost the war appeared as witnesses and explained the reasons why they had participated in it.

Needless to say, basically everyone sided with Aizen, and just when it seemed like the trial was going to end with that manipulator's victory...

Obviously, that couldn't happen because let's not forget that Phoenix is basically the owner of his own game, and as any good protagonist would, he shouted "OBJECTION!", "Your Honor, I also have witnesses."

Obviously, everyone was shocked. Even Aizen who had been planning this trial for a long time found himself surprised by this development.

Anyway, leaving that aside and skipping over a whole bunch of dialogue that I'm sure you'll manage to sort out, I'll tell you the witnesses were xeno, Daisy, and Frank.

Obviously, the moment those three appeared, each of their explanations was predictable.

For his part, Xeno explained how the universe was limited and how the more powerful lifeforms existed the more resources were consumed by the universe and blah blah blah.

You know the whole logic behind entropy and why all of this was eventually going to happen.

On the other hand Daisy explained how due to the existence of Emma and Star, life was beginning to disrupt the balance maintained by death which could have eventually caused a forced apocalypse.

And Frank for his part literally said "I only came because they told me to, I have no fucking idea what any of you are talking about but I support my wife."

Nice husband don't you think??

*Wink sticker*

Hey

Hey

HEY

(Some text he just omitted happened, or better said spam)

Translator: WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!?

WHY THE FUCK YOU SPAMMED TILL THE 2 IN THE MORNING!?

Writer:I was bored

Anyway, I'll continue narrating the story now that you have woken up

Once the three of them finished explaining why the massacre had been necessary, Aizen tried to argue that their logic was flawed because Emily had ended up recreating all the living beings that had been destroyed during the massacre.

To which Daisy simply replied:

"Her creations consume less of the universe than those originally born from the universe."

Translator: Go see a fucking psychologist, you crazy bastard, and let me read what you had already written last night.

Writer: Okay, okay, I'll keep going anyway.

*Air-kiss sticker*

Once she explained that, Emily tried to argue that it wasn't possible because her creations and the native lifeforms were no different from one another.

To which Daisy explained that in reality, no matter how much they were made from the same materials, the truth was that every single one of Emily's creations contained a fragment of her rather than a fragment of the universe.

Once this became known one-third of the Africans decided to publicly commit suicide in an attempt to make the fragment they possessed of "Mother" return to her.

However, they were stopped by Frank who had heard from the spirits what they were planning to do.

After that little incident which I'm still not sure whether I should add to the book without getting fucking canceled Daisy explained that even if they died, the fragment of Emily that her creations possessed wouldn't return to her. Instead, it would go directly to the universe and help it grow.

Translator: I'm done. Now give me a moment while I try to process this bullshit.

You're telling me that all of this happened while the world was divided into four, right?

Writer: Yes.

Translator: Then where are the reincarnators in all of this?

Writer: .....I forgot about them.

*Nervous laughter sticker*

Translator: *deadpan sticker*

....Why am I not surprised?

Writer: Well, continuing with the story, now that you reminded me, while all of this was happening, the reincarnators who decided to follow Escanor went off to explore space under Tony's secret orders, searching for one of the Emperor's remaining fragments.

Translator: Why don't you just kill them all and get it over with? Ever since you added them to your story, you haven't known what to do with them.

Writer:....I like that idea.

You know what?

That deserves an entire story. It's set during the period before the Great War of Escanor and involves the original reincarnators who formed the Tarot Club.

Well then, while they were listening to one of Klein's plans to try and reclaim the powers that "rightfully belonged to them" they received a hidden message from Fors saying that she had found someone who could help them.

Translator: Wait, wait, wait, at least finish one of the other two stories before continuing with this one.

Writer: Forget it, you're right about one thing, the reincarnators stopped being useful after the Escanor War.

Better to just kill them all in the most...

*JoJo's Bizarre Adventure sticker*

Translator:...And this is why I hate talking to furries, now I had to re modify all that I had already done

Writer: I know you love me.

Anyway.

The message said that she had managed to meet someone named Jotaro Joestar, and that he was offering them a way to acquire powers in exchange for their help in defeating Dio.

Needless to say, after a vote, Audrey, Alger, and Derrick decided that they would go together with Fors to try and kill Dio.

Meanwhile, Cattleya and Emlyn were trying to figure out how to get the Pines twins to let them access the knowledge contained within one of the three journals, so they could find another source of power.

Needless to say, this takes place after Twilight executed Discord and Fluttershy together, right?

Translator: SHUT UP!! I STILL HAVEN'T FORGIVEN YOU FOR THAT DEATH!!!

*Angry screaming sticker*

Writer: Okay, okay, okay, okay.

Let's just meet at university and I'll continue telling you the story afterward.

Spoiler, that didn't happen because I forgot the inspiration I had that day (⌐■-■)

And yes, I.... Kinda killed a lot of good people in this fic now that I had those images, so if you want to burn me in a stake, please remember that the one in those times was trying to imitate what a villain would do in a book (• ▽ •;)
