He first began with the chakra gathered in his stomach and slowly coaxed it towards his lungs through his natural chakra pathways.
As soon as he did, he began to feel it easier to breathe. It felt as if each breath he took in was a deep breath that filled his lungs up to the brim. His chest felt reinforced and his breath felt cleaner. It was as if he were suddenly breathing air from a clean springfield.
Then his chakra moved towards his heart, suddenly he could feel exactly how his blood was being pumped throughout his body. The contractions and the expansions of the heart became crystal clear as the pulsing began to reflect in the chakra in his pathways and in their movement.
With his chakra now following the beating of his heart, Haruto coaxed it further until it finally split and entered his limbs. His limbs now felt lighter, as if he could run on air and float away gently if not for the weight of his torso.
His fingers felt more nimble and his joints relaxed completely. He hadn't known such a relaxed state before causing him to nearly fall asleep at the cooling sensation rapidly overtaking his senses.
Once the chakra circulated along the pathways in his limbs and returned, Haruto directed the chakra in them towards his spine.
As soon as his spine was wrapped in layers of chakra through the chakra circulatory system around it, Haruto felt himself sitting straighter. He felt his bad posture fix itself as the damage done to his spine because of it was corrected with bones settling into place all on their own.
For a brief moment, Haruto even felt that his connection to the rest of the body had improved. As if he could react faster to the things happening around him.
Under his coaxing, the chakra climbed his spine and entered the brain, flooding the three tenketsu inside it as the chakra pathways became enriched with his cool chakra.
The results were immediate.
Several mental burdens that Haruto had felt earlier, his transmigration into this world, the contact from the suspicious individual enticing him to defect, all of it began to dissolve slowly but decisively.
Haruto for the first time in a while began to feel free, free of all burdens and free of all responsibilities.
Perhaps because of this freeness, or because of the chakra circulation around his brain, Haruto felt his thoughts move faster. What would've earlier taken a second of his thoughts now only took a brief moment.
The chakra soon looped in on itself and was slowly coaxed back towards his stomach, following the exact chakra pathways described in his textbook.
As soon as the loop was completed, Haruto had an experience. He could clearly feel the distinct pathway he had taken around his body. If he had to put it in words, he could now feel two distinct tracks in his body, the main track that he used to circulate his chakra throughout his body and the branch tracks that branched off this main pathway.
It was as if he were one and the same with the chakra pathways embedded in his body.
It was a dizzying first time for Haruto.
Yet, Haruto paid all of his attention.
He stayed with it for a while, watching as his chakra pulsed with his heartbeat and circulated throughout his body. Watching as it nourished his body and turned it into a stronger version of itself.
One thing Haruto noticed was that as the chakra moved through the tenketsu, the effects of the previous regions compounded. And once he finished the loop, it was as if he was super empowered.
To top it all off, Haruto noticed something peculiar that he had missed in the euphoria of first completing the circulation.
'Is my Spiritual Energy and Physical Energy getting denser?'
Haruto could feel the energies in his body responding visibly to the chakra circulation. He felt them pulsate along with his heartbeat and increase ever so slightly in quantity. Not enough to make a difference yet, but enough for him to feel as if he was slowly recovering what he had just spent making the chakra currently in his body.
'Perhaps it is only temporary and will stop once it reaches the previous amount…'
Haruto then went on to summarise the benefits of Chakra Circulation that he had gathered from his current practice.
'I feel stronger…'
'And sharper…'
'And my physical and spiritual energies seem to be recovering.'
'Is this the true benefit of Chakra Circulation?'
'But that note from the unknown sender said that I'd get a Chakra Circulation method that Medic-nin use if I gave him some info… does that mean that the Chakra Circulation technique can be tailored to artificially generate certain benefits?'
'Did Minato do something like this to enhance his reflexes for the Flying Thunder God technique?'
'Does Tsunade have one for her Monstrous strength technique?'
'Hmmm… do all the Ninja Clans have their own versions of the Chakra Circulation Technique for enhancing their bodies for their own secret jutsus?'
Haruto finally opened his eyes after that.
He looked out the window, it was already late in the night, about four hours had passed since he had begun refining chakra today.
Haruto quietly took out a brush and some ink, before writing down the names of the orphanages that he had discovered to be underfunded on a piece of paper and placing that page on the table he had found the first note at.
After that, he quietly made his way to his bedroom and slept on the bed.
Only, after lying down on his bed for a while, Haruto felt it unsafe to fall asleep so openly, so he stuffed his bed with a few pillows and covered that with a blanket to make it appear as if he were sleeping on his bed, before hiding underneath it with a sharp kunai to stay awake and watch the house.
If possible he wanted to catch the person who came into his house to retrieve the information in the act.
Maybe he could even extract some benefits from him if he caught him off guard.

Kakashi sitting in his tree studied the house carefully.
He had been watching Haruto ever since the boy had returned back to his home from the I.T department, along with Daichi who was annoyed at having to work overtime.
They watched the boy knead some chakra and through his sharingan Kakashi spotted the boy practicing the Chakra circulation technique in the academy textbook but they didn't say anything.
Eventually the boy went to sleep after writing his response and placing it on the table causing Kakashi and Daichi to sharpen.
"Look at him… he seriously thinks he can fool a shinobi with his stupid plan…" Daichi commented as he watched Haruto get up and stuff pillows into a blanket and hide underneath the bed.
Kakashi stayed silent.
He too didn't believe Haruto would catch anyone off guard with such a simple plan, only a fool like obito might fall for it, but he guessed it didn't hurt to try.
Either way he believed that the plan would never come to the testing phase since they would immediately nab whoever appeared to break into the house and take them to the I.T department.
"Which village do you think might've been responsible for this one?" Daichi asked softly, causing Kakashi to ponder a bit before responding according to his intuition.
"It shouldn't be any of the major villages… they would've at least made sure to have leverage over Haruto before they attempted to cooperate with him."
Daichi nodded, "Figured as much… but which small village suddenly has the guts to come into Konoha and dirty our house?"
