Chapter 595 - Chapter 557: Teaching

The Magic Floating Cloak set Gullveig down, then went to absorb the Flame Energy from the other guards one by one. It had great confidence in the next Supreme Mage.

A Queen of this level can't make any waves within ten meters of Deathstroke.

Gullveig had no intention of struggling anymore. She first tidied her armor to look more presentable, then sat on the grass.

"If you truly accomplish it, Warnerheim can agree to any of your conditions."

"Let's talk about conditions later. Right now, you have nothing. Besides food and alcohol, what specialties does Warnerheim have? I'll keep you in mind."

Su Ming waved his hand, indicating to owe it for now.

Though Gullveig might not know it yet, Su Ming knew; she is the Undying. Hel really liked this relative of hers.

In the comics, Gullveig's death was as frequent as family dinners, dying every other day.

And Hel would always host her in the Netherworld, then send her back to Warnerheim for resurrection, allowing her to continue ruling Warnerheim, even Odin had no solution.

Gullveig's favorite pastime was revolution; she would frequently attack Asgard, and no matter what, she always resurrected, forcing Odin to continually compromise.

It was through her relentless suicidal assaults, along with the assistance from Hel and Frigga, that in the future, Warnerheim truly gained independence.

Though they only enjoyed a few good days, the real Twilight of the Gods arrived, and everyone's game was over.

Su Ming chose to strengthen ties with the Vanir Race, which was not a bad idea; their brewing skills were advanced, and they were adept at creating luxury goods like jewelry, silk, and satin.

For a business to grow, where's the path? It's right under someone else's feet...

"You know the Mother of Gods in Asgard, your sister, and Gaia and Qitong." Su Ming posed a question.

"Of course, but she is not my sister." Gullveig calmly answered.

"You cannot deny her blood, nor that she is Odin's Empress." Su Ming pulled out three blades of grass from the ground, spreading them in his palm to show Gullveig.

Gullveig glanced at them: "What does this have to do with Warnerheim?"

Su Ming smiled, took the Queen's hand, and placed the three blades of grass into her fair palm.

"Your sister is actually smarter than you. Her strongest point isn't on the battlefield but in the court." Su Ming gestured the Magic Floating Cloak to come back: "Wait for me a moment."

He used the Jester Badge, made a trip to the DC Universe, and bought several sets of the somewhat distorted "True Palace Circle" due to differing worlds, along with several laptops.

The cloak was dispirited, like a kid who was originally playing an online game but forcefully commanded by parents to run errands, looking so reluctant and miserable.

So it went quickly and came back almost as fast, nearly reaching the highest speed Su Ming had ever seen from it, eager to absorb the Flame Energy.

Su Ming briefly exchanged with The Ancient One in Kama Taiji, then returned to Gullveig's side through the Teleportation Gate.

He handed Gullveig a DVD set and a laptop, taught her how to turn it on, play a series, and explained trivial things like charging.

While Gullveig was watching the series, Su Ming proposed his plan.

"The way to achieve freedom and equality for Warnerheim is to tactically kill Gaia and Qitong, allowing Frigga to hold sole power."

"Hm?" Gullveig looked puzzled.

"You'll understand after watching the series. Now, there isn't time, command your army to fight alongside Asgard, and I'll take you to the Golden Palace. You and your sister can watch this together; she'll learn even more."

Su Ming had decided to reveal his identity to Frigga and keep her at the Golden Palace. With leverage over her sister, he was sure she wouldn't inform Odin.

The cloak's current action of absorbing Flame Power, possibly enslaving them, is sincerity; taking Gullveig to the Golden Palace to meet her sister is also sincerity.

The Demon army wants treasures in the vault, but Su Ming won't give them up; the Golden Palace must be defended at all costs.

Gullveig watched the little people in the box moving and speaking, somewhat puzzled; she still needed to learn about Earth's language.

But after brief contemplation, she ordered her reassembled troops to gather and follow her to the Immortal Palace.

Su Ming transformed back into Odin's form, mounted the Celestial Horse, and assumed a dignified appearance.

On the surface, it appeared Gullveig was convinced by the King of Gods, and the Vanir Race again joined the side of the Immortal Palace.

It's just that the professional army wasn't much, Gullveig's troops resembled a large guerrilla force, and after dispelling Flame Energy, some should also seek refuge.

But preserving Warnerheim's strength and directly aiding them to balance Asgard, that's crucial.

As for the surplus laptops and DVD sets, leave one set for the Adjutant to reverse engineer technology, another for The Ancient One for leisure.

The remaining can be used as educational equipment and psychology electives for the academy; don't expect all the young girls to become shrewd, nor let them turn into naive and sweet beings amid blissful lives.

.........

Things went fairly smoothly. The Asgardians had no objections to turning from a deathly battle to allies with Warnerheim.

In their view, this was only natural. Warriors just needed to participate in battle; how the Divine King decides wasn't for others to judge; they simply obeyed orders.

Moreover, there were indeed too many Demons; having more comrades is always better than having more enemies. Although the leaders of the Demons were entangled with Flaming Giant Beasts, the pressure on the entire front line was still significant.

Su Ming left Frigga behind, letting the others take refuge in Heimdall's territory. Whatever the two sisters would chat about in the Golden Palace next, he wouldn't concern himself with it anymore.

Frigga obviously knew more, it even seemed like she had known he was fake all along, but since she didn't report it earlier, she definitely wouldn't do so later.

Once Frigga grasped the spirit of palace intrigues, Odin would have 'Good Days' to come.

Just as Su Ming arranged the guards and walked out of the Golden Palace, he noticed many small ships in the sky.

These ships were made of wood, with extremely beautiful sails, but each ship was jam-packed, resembling an escape scene as they headed toward the Immortal Palace.

Almost just as these small ships barely arrived, a series of black vertical spacecraft also jumped out above the battlefield.

Su Ming raised his eyebrow; now that's right, with the World Tree on fire, it wouldn't feel complete without the Dark Elves joining in the commotion.

Now that they're here, isn't Hel coming?

However, just as he was thinking this, from another direction in the sky, another fleet suddenly jumped into the scene. Leading was a large flat warship, even bigger than those of the Dark Elves, full of sinister intimidation.

The fleets opened fire almost at the same time, and the sky instantly turned into chaos.

The small sailing boats descended rapidly to escape, while the warships fiercely exchanged fire and collided, sparks flying.

"Is this... the Dark Star? Ronan the Accuser? The Kree Empire?"

With Heimdall unconscious, no one activated the defense barriers at the Rainbow Bridge, allowing any fleet to jump into Asgard. Now, its skies had also turned into a battlefield.

Su Ming stroked his beard, contemplating while sitting on horseback.

The Dark Elves were probably chasing the Light Elves. These guys must be here to profit in chaos.

But what are the Kree people doing here? Aren't they supposed to be preparing for the war with the Skrulls?

Currently, the Kree Empire has not yet fragmented, and Ronan is still one of the 'Supreme Accusers.' The Kree Empire is an extreme 'legal society,' and militaristic fanatics to boot. Accusers can lead armies into battle and also hold fairly high political rights as a senior position.

He answers to the 'Supreme Wisdom,' a supercomputer created using the Cosmic Cube as a model.

The Skrulls created a 'World Shaper,' and as adversaries, the Kree naturally were not to be outdone. They mimicked the principle of the Cosmic Cube and created Supreme Wisdom.

It's uncertain if this description is accurate; that thing has its own mind and will, as well as possesses all Kree intelligence, hovering between biology and computers.

Telepathy, Dimensional Travel, Future Prediction, Mind Transmission, Cosmic Cognition, Information Absorption, and so on are all capabilities it possesses.

It can also manipulate energy and matter, thereby creating three mechanical servants, which can be used as its eyes and ears, allowing it to monitor everything from afar.

Supreme Wisdom can transmit its image to any place in the Cosmos, even to a Soul Space, and can communicate with its agent through Mind Link.

It has now replaced the Empress Kree and the Senate because it never makes mistakes; a religion worshiping it has even appeared within Kree territory.

Supreme Wisdom Divine Teachings.

Simply put, that damned thing is very unfriendly to Earth, or rather, its cold mechanical mindset is filled with a yearning for evolution and a fascination with the Cosmic Celestial Gods Group.

For the sake of evolution, it would do anything, conducting experiments throughout the universe, and even attempting to domesticate humans.

But why are the Kree fleet and the Dark Elves now exchanging fire?

.........

The answer actually lies in borrowing fire.

Just as Su Ming suspected, the Kree Empire has been actively preparing for war recently, the situation between them and the Skrulls growing ever tenser.

In space warfare, mere manpower isn't enough.

Neither the Kree nor their enemies can quickly traverse space on their own, thus ships are essential, as warp or teleportation offer maximum efficiency.

Their assembly lines can only produce technological battleships, whereas Supreme Wisdom desires an extraordinary warship to serve as its mobile command post.

It must be not only technologically comprehensive but also compatible with magic, for it cannot calculate what kind of enemies it will face or what methods it might encounter in the future.

Its future prediction ability requires a vast amount of samples and analysis to ensure accuracy, and without that, it would rather not predict.

Supreme Wisdom's demands put people in a difficult spot because the Kree have everything except Mages.

However, this gigantic biological computer soon pointed out a clear path to its subordinates, which was to seek aid from Asgard for craftsmen and a forge.

The Dwarves' Forging World, Vatheim, uses fixed stars to provide energy and can produce the best weapons and Magic Props.

Their craftsmanship can weave gold threads into wigs and breathe life into statues.

Supreme Wisdom observed that Asgard was in trouble, presenting a perfect opportunity; Ronan's mission was to borrow if they could, snatch if they couldn't, and steal if that failed.

Supreme Wisdom merely wished to see its battleship come to fruition.
