As Yuji and Todo talked and everyone else confronted one another, a different scene was playing out in the observation room.
"Hahahahaha, Yuji is kicking all your students' asses!" Gojo was laughing his ass off, almost falling out of his chair, thoroughly annoying Utahime and Gakuganji.
"This isn't fair! Are all your students freaks or something!?" Utahime scowled, throwing her tea at Gojo's head, but it splashed harmlessly against Infinity, losing all momentum.
'Tch. That Sukuna's vessel is more troublesome than I thought. Who could have expected he was so powerful even without Sukuna controlling him?' Gakuganji thought, his grip on his cane tightening.
"I must be a truly amazing teacher—as expected of the incredibly handsome and amazing Satoru Gojo!" Gojo cheered in an exaggerated manner as they went back to observing the other students.

In the area around Yuji and Todo, Maki leapt from tree to tree as Mai leapt away, firing rubber bullets behind her to gain some distance.
"Don't tell me you're afraid of your big sister, Mai~" Maki teased as she used Miwa's sword, which she had found lying about, to cut the bullets out of the air.
"Shut up! I can't lose to someone like you!" Mai fired again, but Maki simply tilted her head as she moved, letting it soar past her.
'Shit, I didn't have time to reload yet. I used one bullet on Sukuna's vessel earlier, and two just now on Maki... I only have three bullets left, and that...'
"You're not paying attention, Mai," Maki said as she kicked Mai, sending her flying into a tree mid-leap.
"Damn it..." Mai cursed under her breath, quickly shooting at Maki again, only for Maki to deflect the bullet once more.
As Maki closed the distance on her, Mai readied herself to counterattack. Seeing Maki lower her center of gravity, she saw her opportunity.
'She's going low!' Mai aimed, only to miss when Maki kneed her in the stomach, the sword having been a feint.
But as she was knocked away, Mai shot again, hoping to land a hit this time.
With a smile, Maki cut that bullet as well and decided that since Mai had used all her ammo, she could end this and then help out her teammates with their battles.
With Maki closing in for a finishing blow, Mai pulled out her trump card. Creating a seventh bullet inside the gun, she fired it just as Maki dashed forward, but it wasn't enough.
With a blur of speed, Maki's hand shot in front of her face as she caught the bullet, then aimed the sword at Mai, leaving her no room to retaliate any further.
"I'd say that's game, set, and match, right?" Maki put her hand on her hip, the sword inches from Mai's face.
"Why... did you leave me?"
"Huh? You know why! You went to Jujutsu High too," Maki said.
"But I never wanted to be a jujutsu sorcerer! It's your fault! You're always trying your hardest, forcing me to do the same! All this pain, effort, and fear... I'm sick of it all!" Mai vented, looking up at her sister.
"What was so bad about being a servant?! What's wrong with doing chores and living a normal life?!"
"Tell me... Why didn't you fall down the hole with me?!" Tears welled up in Mai's eyes.
"Because if I'd done something like that, I would have hated myself. Simple as that," Maki said calmly, looking down at her sister.
Mai remembered their promise when they were young children.
"Big sis, don't let go, okay?" young Mai had said nervously.
"I won't," Maki said, holding her hand as they walked through the Zenin compound.
"Promise?"
"Sheesh, again?" Maki complained.
"Of course. We're sisters, right?" Maki said, as if it were obvious.
In the real world, Maki had already left, and Mai Zenin was eliminated from the Goodwill Event.
"I hate you..." Mai said to herself curling up against a tree alone.———————————————————
With Megumi, he had shadow gauntlets on both arms, one made of black shadows with a white symbol on the back of the palm, and the other the same but with the white and black swapped.
He was using his Divine Dog: Totality and merging with them to enhance his strength, just like he did before.
Standing against him stood Noritoshi Kamo, drawing back his bowstring as he unleashed multiple arrows that tracked Megumi's every movement. However, Megumi simply cut them to pieces and switched his gauntlets into boots, boosting his speed as he dashed at Noritoshi before the latter could react.
At the last second, he swapped back to his gauntlets, landing a heavy punch to his chest, knocking Noritoshi through one of the walls and snapping the bow in half.
Recovering quickly, Noritoshi knew he couldn't afford to hold back any longer, activating his special ability: Flowing Red Scale.
With a burst of speed, he used the smoke from Megumi's punch to sneak a hook toward Megumi's face, but his fist was met with a gauntlet-covered hand that suppressed his enhanced strength through the pure quantity of cursed energy in his reinforcement.
"You're making me glad I focused on improving my physical strength before this event..." Megumi said, uppercutting Noritoshi and sending him soaring, although he felt it did less damage than before.

Walking through the woods, Inumaki traveled alongside the real body of Megumi's Divine Dog. It couldn't fight while Megumi was utilizing its power, but its tracking skill was quite powerful nonetheless.
Miwa, who had been let down by Momo a while ago, was standing alone, sweatdropping since her katana had been missing ever since she dropped it.
She was lamenting her life, as without her sword, she felt useless to her team. That was when her phone rang—it was a call from Mechamaru.
"Hello? Miwa the useless here," she answered in a daze, when Inumaki's voice suddenly rang out.
"Sleep."
And just like that, Miwa was eliminated from the Goodwill Event as Inumaki pocketed the phone he found inside Mechamaru's arm, which must have been knocked off earlier in the event.
Patting the Divine Dog on its head, Inumaki told it to return as he continued through the forest.
Yet, he didn't get far before he felt a sickening presence coming from his left in the darkness of the woods.
———————————————————
"Yikes, she fell asleep," Gojo said, looking over at Utahime as she stood up.
"I'm going to go get her. It's dangerous to leave her asleep in a forest full of cursed spirits," Utahime said, as Gakuganji stroked his beard.
"Yes, I'm worried about Miwa. Hurry and get her," Gakuganji spoke, but the truth was, he was worried that the semi-grade 1 cursed spirit he had planted in the forest beforehand would find and kill the girl instead.
———————————————————
With Inumaki, he rolled his shoulders, preparing for combat as the head of that semi-grade 1 peeked from behind a tree, looking at him.
Seconds later, just as Inumaki tensed, the cursed spirit's eyes rolled up before its head fell off, rolling right toward him.
"Kelp?" Inumaki was confused. If that wasn't what was giving off that presence, then what was?
He soon got his answer as, following right behind the cursed spirit's head, was Hanami—a fully-fledged Special Grade Curse!
Face to face, the pressure it gave off would have knocked out any sorcerer below Grade 2.
It spoke in gibberish as it raised one of its hands.
"Salmon, salmon roe."
"Spiced cod roe," Inumaki unbuttoned his uniform, uncovering his mouth as he prepared to go all out immediately.

Noritoshi and Megumi clashed again and again, with Megumi holding a clear advantage.
Noritoshi had only lasted this long thanks to his sheer skill, but it was becoming obvious that Megumi would pull ahead eventually and defeat him.
'Perhaps I should call in backup from my team...' he thought as he blocked another heavy blow from Megumi, only for the gauntlets to switch back into boots as a vicious kick slammed into his open abdomen, sending him rolling.
He used his Blood Manipulation to harden the point of impact, lessening the actual damage, but this was quickly spiraling out of his control.
"This isn't getting anywhere. Let's switch things up a bit," Megumi said as his gauntlets and boots faded, melting back into his shadow.
"I wonder what this will give me..." Megumi muttered, as this time he merged with Nue while summoning Divine Dog: Totality to his side at full power.
"This may hurt a bit, but I have to make sure Yuji is doing alright," Megumi said as wings manifested on his back, lightning buzzing around him as a mask resembling Nue's face covered his own.
"Don't kill him," Megumi told Totality to ensure it didn't actually tear Noritoshi to shreds before he blitzed Noritoshi entirely, grabbing his face and throwing him outside as Totality rushed after the Blood Manipulation user.
"Shit!" Noritoshi groaned as Totality swatted him into the ground, just in time for him to see Megumi flying in the air, charging a lightning attack.
"This won't kill you," Megumi said, aiming down as an arrow of lightning formed in his hands.
"Run!"
They heard Inumaki shout as he leapt over the building they had fought in earlier.
Behind Inumaki, a massive tidal wave of wooden roots slammed down just as the three young sorcerers dodged, the ground beneath them crushed to rubble.
