"Of course I know that," Newt said, "but our goal this time isn't to kill all the giants, and with us here, Kael won't be in any danger."
As he said this, Newt appeared very calm and confident.
Hagrid hesitated for a moment, ultimately saying nothing, but he looked at Kael and cautioned, "Alright, but you must stick close to me later, don't wander off."
Kael naturally agreed.
"Hagrid, where are they?" Ms. Maxime asked.
"Over there." Hagrid pointed to a valley not far away. "Because there are Death Eaters following, I didn't dare to get too close, but it's the same from here."
The three of them followed the direction of his finger and looked.
Just as Hagrid said, there was no need to get close to observe the giants' movements… because they were simply too conspicuous.
Dozens of giants moving together, even from several miles away, you could clearly see them.
In the distant valley, a group of giants was advancing at an incredible speed. They seemed to be moving slowly, but with each giant step, they were actually moving much faster.
"What should we do?" Hagrid asked. "Last time with Olympe, we already fell out. The giant Gringott doesn't trust us, and if we meet again, there's bound to be a fight. We can't handle that many giants."
"We don't need to deal with all the giants." Newt observed from the hill for a moment, then said, "Among those giants, some don't seem willing."
"That's right." Hagrid nodded. "About half of the giants are dissatisfied with the Centaur's rule and don't want to go against wizards, but they are too small to resist."
"This makes it much simpler." Newt pondered for a while. "As long as we can find a way to deal with the giant Gringott, they'll have to return to the race and choose a new Gringott.
"As long as the new Gringott refuses to cooperate with the Death Eaters, this giant crisis will be resolved."
"That's not easy; he's at least twenty feet tall," Maxime worriedly said. "And the giants move together. We can't separate them, and to kill him, we'll have to deal with all the giants."
"We have to try." Newt said, and then he looked at Kael, "Do you have your suitcase?"
"Of course," Kael said.
Since it was a long journey, there was no way he would leave his suitcase behind.
"Good then." Newt also took out a suitcase and said meaningfully, "Giants and Fire Dragons are natural enemies, and the flames they breathe are what the giants hate most. To create chaos among the Giant Race, this is the best way."
"I understand." Kael nodded, also taking out a suitcase.
Then, in Ms. Maxime's incredulous gaze, two massive adult Fire Dragons appeared out of nowhere in front of her.
"Oh, Merlin..." She stared wide-eyed at the gigantic creatures before her, instinctively stepping back two paces.
Hagrid, on the other hand, was exactly the opposite; his eyes were filled with fascination, and he even wanted to reach out and touch those glistening scales shimmering in the sunlight.
"Hungarian Horntail, and Norwegian Ridgeback... Norbert?"
Hagrid suddenly froze, feeling that this Norwegian Ridgeback was too familiar.
Responding to him was a delighted snort.
Apparently, Norbert also recognized Hagrid and habitually greeted him.
But it seemed to have forgotten that its size was no longer the same as before.
Previously, when it greeted Hagrid, it could only spout a small flame, but now...
Two scorching pillars of fire descended from the sky. Fortunately, Ms. Maxime, with her quick reflexes, kicked Hagrid aside just in time.
"You're crazy, Hagrid," she shouted with a frown. "That's a Fire Dragon!"
"Oh, it's okay, Olympe." Hagrid patted the dust off as he got up from the ground. "I hatched this Fire Dragon myself. I don't think it meant any harm; it was just too excited to see me again and didn't notice."
"Oh... it remembers me, little Norbert," Hagrid said happily.
