Nohara Rin quickly formed hand seals, using her remaining Chakra to perform Water Release Ninjutsu to aid Milotic.
At this moment, she noticed the water surface rapidly lowering — the sudden change was clearly not due to the venue's drainage system being effective but because Kakashi had just used a Ninjutsu.

The fierce water dragon spiraled around Nohara Rin, finally rushing swiftly towards Kakashi.
Near Kakashi, Milotic converted the massive Chakra at its tail's end into Water Attribute Chakra, swinging that power-laden tail towards Kakashi.

When Rin sensed the peculiarity at her lower leg, her face changed dramatically, but it was too late to use Water Instant Body Jutsu or to use her Monster Strength Power to crack the ground.

To ensure a more stable end to the battle, Kakashi used the mud and water as cover to perform Shadow Clone Jutsu when he fell, letting the clone use Earth Release to attack the Chakra-depleted Rin while his true self used Lightning Release to attract attention and pin down Milotic.
Without further explanation, Kakashi canceled the Shadow Clone Jutsu and used Earth Release to free Nohara Rin.
Seeing Rin covered in mud too, Milotic gathered Chakra to form a bluish-green water sphere next to her.
The sphere exploded around Rin, its bluish-green liquid enveloping her, washing away the dirt on her body and healing the scratches from being dragged into the ground. Even Kakashi, who was nearby, felt his body being restored.
"Such a comforting Chakra." Katsuyu curiously eyed Milotic.
