Such a colossal Monster is not entirely unheard of in the original works. For instance, the Monster "Dyson Sphere" from "Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL" is an absurdly huge, super-sized Monster.
However, although a massive body can bring immense pressure, Duel Monsters aren't necessarily better the bigger they are.
