Naoki found Nemona adorable and couldn't help but reach out to tousle her hair, nodding with a smile: "That's right, when I see the message, I'll ask Dragonite to deliver the items you ordered to wherever you are."
The remaining trio of Alder, Lance, and Boss Clay were still limited by their era, unable to quite picture the scenario Naoki described.

He shook his head: "No, I'm not familiar with any Dragon Master family; it was pure chance that brought me together with those Dragonite."
Lance nodded and didn't inquire further; he got it.
Alder was still amazed by the earlier topic.
He gave it a thought in his mind and then asked:
"If I bought milk over in the Unova Region, could Dragonite deliver it across regions too?"
This brought up a regional security issue, where Dragonite might come to help with deliveries but then be forcibly 'liberated' and seized by Plasma Team as a Pokemon being exploited.
Naoki thought for a moment, choosing not to divulge this matter but instead tactfully replied:
"What I mentioned earlier was just an idea; I don't know if it could be realized."
"Got it!" Alder nodded with a grin: "Though I don't understand this area much, you can contact me anytime if you need help!"
"Oh, by the way, a Rotom Phone must need a Rotom like the Rotom washing machine, right? You can come find me then; I'll take you to Chargestone Cave, where many Plasma State Rotom reside!"
"Then I'd really appreciate that," Naoki said with a smile.
If planning to equip Giratina and the others with Rotom Phones, they indeed needed Rotom Pokemon.
Because a regular Rotom Phone is just a smart phone resembling Rotom in appearance, but doesn't actually contain a Rotom.
Only when a wild Rotom enters does a Rotom Phone become a true Rotom Phone.
Rotom's function acts akin to a smart AI like Xiao Ai or Xiao Du, translating and encoding Pokemon text to communicate the phone's content to Giratina and the others.
Additionally, it can follow Pokemon usage intents for intelligent touch control, allowing them to surf the internet like humans.
