Chapter 652 - Chapter 183: Scheming Headmaster, the True Demon King (Part 5)

White Demon King?

Hell of a White Demon King!

This is the true first-generation Black Demon King!

"I think, really, there's no need for this, we can talk." Ian certainly knew why the young Albus Dumbledore was so obsessed with the Obscurial issue.

If his memory wasn't incorrect, at this point in time, his dear sister Ariana hadn't yet died, and as her brother, Albus Dumbledore was always trying to solve Ariana's situation.

This young version of the headmaster, caught in the dilemma of not having enough time with Ariana and his research still being without a clue, clearly saw Ian as someone who could be used to find hope as a "sacrifice."

"Some sins... I cannot avoid." The young Albus Dumbledore sighed deeply, his eyes filled with guilt but without a hint of struggle.

The magic runes grew more numerous.

Some kind of power seemed ready to flourish.

Ian knew he couldn't wait any longer.

"Clang~"

A bottle of murky potion fell from his sleeve.

It shattered on the ground.

The potion splashed onto the black hands, and for a moment, these black hands seemed to lose their drive, releasing Ian and drooping like withered branches towards the ground.

"Whoosh~"

Ian had just retreated wildly, raised his magic wand, but solemn-faced Albus Dumbledore had already raised his wand, dispersing the potion on the black hands and manipulating them to once again envelop Ian.

Black mist filled the sky.

One might think Ian was fighting Voldemort.

"Expecto Patronum!"

No choice.

Ian could only cast the Patronus Charm.

Silvery light rose.

They interwove rapidly like a dazzling meteor shower, forming a radiant net of light, the silhouette of a girl began to appear vaguely.

Yes.

This magic did not fail.

Nor would it fail. The Little Wizard felt something upon arriving at this time, somewhat amazed, able to clearly sense the connection with Ariana.

Originally he wanted to discuss with the young Albus Dumbledore.

Unexpectedly.

He didn't give Albus Dumbledore a surprise.

Instead, it was the young Albus Dumbledore who gave him quite the fright.

"Ariana! Quick! Slay your evil and vicious brother!" Ian cried out for help loudly to his fully formed friend while frantically erasing the runes on himself.

Ariana, in the form of a Patronus, slowly stepped out of the light.

She wore a radiant silver armor, her long hair like a cascade, gently fluttering with the wind, holding a slender and exquisite longsword emitting a faint holy glow.

"Swoosh swoosh swoosh~"

The whistle-approaching black hands were chopped into fragments, and upon contact with Ariana's sword, they were as defenseless as high-temperature ice blocks.

The sky-darkening black hands.

The girl didn't chop much.

Because after she appeared.

Those black hands began to float down.

As if they lost control.

"Huh? Brother?"

Ariana now saw the opponent's face clearly.

She looked astonished.

"This... this... what... what's happening!" The young Albus Dumbledore retreated several steps, staring at Ian's Patronus in horror and disbelief.

"Impossible! It's impossible!"

The handsome young man's magic wand fell to the ground.

His body, which he was barely holding up, also kneeled to the ground.

"Brother, why are you young again, and still want to... deal with Ian?" Ariana obviously didn't know the situation, she floated to the front of Dumbledore, who seemed to have lost his strength.

The girl raised her hand.

And touched the forehead of the handsome young man.

As if she wanted to verify whether the young Albus Dumbledore was having a fever.

"Ariana... so..."

Albus Dumbledore's body visibly shivered violently.

"I get it, it was to verify... this..."

His eyes began to dim, becoming lost.

As if he had lost the belief that supported him to persist, the Life and Death Potion ultimately took effect, causing the young Albus Dumbledore to collapse backward, completely limp.

"Albus brother?"

Ariana swiftly supported her old brother's back of the head.

"Ian, was he controlled by an evil Dark Wizard?"

She looked back at the Little Wizard with some worry.

"Hell no Dark Wizard! He himself is the greatest Dark Wizard! The Black Demon King!" Ian was somewhat exasperated, he exerted all his strength to completely erase the runes on himself.

Even so.

He felt he wasn't clean anymore.

"Huh?"

Ariana was obviously stunned.

She wanted to say something.

But merely saw Ian's whole body beginning to emit a strange light.

The girl as a Patronus vanished instantly.

And along with her, Ian disappeared, slightly caught off-guard.

"Gone back already?"

Ian felt a strong dizziness, as if an invisible force had abruptly pulled him into a kaleidoscopic world. The peculiar light tightly wrapped around him, fluctuating with bizarre colors and rhythms, like a kaleidoscope, making his vision unfocused.

Amidst this light, the surrounding imagery began to distort and become strange, space and time seemed meaningless, everything fell into an indescribable chaotic state.

"Buzz buzz buzz~"

The Little Wizard's ears were filled with a long and low hum, as if ancient spells were echoing by his ears. Suddenly everything settled into calm. That strange light gradually faded away, replaced by a familiar and warm atmosphere. Ian snapped open his eyes, realizing he was already in a spacious and bright room.

It was Nicolas Flamel's office, a place he knew very well.

The big clock.

Right beside him.

And the worried Harry Potter, the slightly strange-looking Nicolas Flamel, and clutching his heart, clearly taking a breath of relief, Albus Dumbledore.

Senior version.
