Tenjo Hikari saw a "vibration" in the sky of the entire dark world!
Tenjo Hikari suddenly realized—wrong, it was not the [Sun]!
The current sky of the dark world is all the body of [Ecole de Zone]!
No wonder it can't be hidden!
The enormous body transformed into a black stream of light amid a rumble and then became a card. Diabolos looked at the card as if looking at a rare treasure, continually saying, "Ah, my precious, someone else is coveting you again...but don't worry, no one can defeat you—"
As it spoke, its body and eyes turned even redder, and a faint red light rose within it, followed by more limbs, distortions sprouting from it.
It was completely lured by the power of [Ecole de Zone], thoroughly becoming a slave to the power...crazy!
"Let's begin the duel ceremony to drive away the coveters!"
"Duel!"
Darkest Diabolos, Lord of the Lair, LP: 4000.
Tenjo Hikari, LP: 4000.
"The first move will be made by me, the Guardian!" Diabolos didn't bother with niceties with Tenjo Hikari, immediately entering his turn, "When there are no monsters on the field, this card can be special summoned."
A giant spider appeared on its field.
Mother Spider Splitter, LV 5, Dark Attribute, Insect-Type, ATK 0.
Tenjo Hikari was stunned.
Not using the dark world or his related cards?
"The effect of Mother Spider Splitter, sacrifice itself to activate. Special summon up to 3 Baby Spiders from the hand or deck! The level of monsters special summoned by this effect becomes 5. For material in an Xyz summon, cannot be used for Xyz summon unless Dark Attribute monster. After this effect is activated, cannot special summon from the Extra Deck unless it's an Xyz Monster until the end of the turn."
Snap—
The Mother Spider Splitter exploded instantly, and three small spiders flew out of its body.
Baby Spider, LV 3→5, Dark Attribute, Insect-Type, ATK 0.
"Set three cards, end turn!"
"What an ordinary turn." Flame Sword expressed his opinion.
"Indeed...three LV 5 monsters, seems like preparing for an Xyz summon, but it didn't happen. Why is that?"
Tenjo Hikari was puzzled. He drew a card from the deck, glanced at it.
Little Blue, hope you'll pile up something good...
He was just thinking this when the Demon King's Dragon...spoke up!
"Activate the Set Card!"
"Trap Card, Mystical Xyz!"
Mystical Xyz?
Tenjo Hikari was taken aback.
"Using monsters on the field as material to Xyz summon 1 Xyz monster!"
"Xyz summon during the opponent's turn?" Flame Sword was puzzled, "Then why not just do it during your turn?"
"Yeah, why in the opponent's turn..." Black Flame also didn't understand.
Tenjo Hikari's hand paused.
Indeed...
Why Xyz summon during the opponent's turn!?
Could it be—
Just seeing it can make you realize it's its body part, just hearing its name can make you realize who it is...
Could it be!!
"Using the three monsters on the field as Xyz Material, forming the Xyz Network, proceed to Xyz Summon!"
The three Baby Spiders instantly transformed into black spheres and flew into a vortex in front.
"Witness it, our dark world's rare treasure, supreme monster, ultimate power, unparalleled vast divine might!" Endless noise echoed in Diabolos's mouth, piercing sounds made all Spirit creatures uncomfortable, even Tenjo Hikari got a headache.
"Xyz Summon!"
"Rank 5."
"Outer Entity Azathot!"
