A deafening explosion suddenly sounded, and the tall buildings beneath them began to shake violently.
The three looked over, and a huge figure appeared in the air.
Before he even landed, a massive energy beam shot into the sky, engulfing Darkseid.
"Give me a ride."
Batman grabbed Superman's shoulder.
"Gladly."
Superman smiled slightly, taking Batman and flying towards that direction.
Facing this crisis and coming to his rescue, although not successful, Superman trusted him.
"Actually, there's no need to be so rushed. Don't you want to hear me talk about the story of another version of yourselves?"
Richard also flew up with them.
