"Actually, I didn't need to come anymore." Kujo Jotaro subtly adjusted his hat, his sea-blue gaze falling on the view outside the French window. Johnson Joffrey sat opposite him.
"The man I was investigating, Angelo, has already been *killed*, fate is changing, Johnson."
Kujo Jotaro's gaze shifted from the town's interwoven blue-green scenery to Johnson Joffrey sitting opposite him.
"Yes, fate is changing. Fate is not immutable."
"That's true," Jotaro replied, "but for many, fate remains unchanged, like Angelo."
"Only the outcome has changed. Your prophecy book said that I would, along with my uncle," he paused when he mentioned his uncle, then continued, "turn Angelo into a stone. But as things stand now, Josuke accomplished it alone."
Yes, Johnson Joffrey closed his eyes slightly, and in the darkness, he pondered for a moment—
April 1999, the Japanese student holiday ended. That day was when Koichi Hirose met two remarkable men—
These two men were Kujo Jotaro and Higashikata Josuke.
But ever since Johnson Joffrey wrote down the future, everything changed again.
The future is like Schrödinger's cat; you never know what's inside until you open it.
It's almost June now. Logically, the story of Morioh should be in its middle stages. Kujo Jotaro and Johnson Joffrey only just arrived in Morioh. By the time they arrived, Higashikata Josuke had already made many Stand User friends.
Although he didn't know exactly what happened, how Higashikata Josuke managed to defeat Angelo by himself, or why the Arrow was still in the Nijimura Brothers' hands, the current situation was undoubtedly favorable to him.
He just needed to be bold and cautious, just like when he eliminated Diavolo. The plot was completely chaotic then, and he had to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat multiple times.
The most important thing now is that Angelo was directly turned into a stone statue by Josuke, and he didn't reveal how the Nijimura Brothers used the Stand to pierce him. Kujo Jotaro's current information is limited; he doesn't know that the Nijimura Brothers possess the Arrow.
He came purely because of my notes.
Because it stated that this peaceful town of Morioh was filled with numerous Stand Users, one of whom was even a vicious serial killer.
Although it wasn't explicitly stated, Kujo Jotaro had always been doing his best to resolve issues related to Stand Users. While his portrayal in the original work showed him only acting when family was involved, in reality, Jotaro had always been traveling the world, conducting environmental surveys and saving the world.
The two were silent for a moment, then Jotaro spoke again, "You found a manga artist?"
"Yes," Johnson said with a smile, "a very talented manga artist. I'm going to have him write a story for me. He knows what kind of stories are more appealing and what kind of stories are more beneficial to us."
"Beneficial?" Kujo Jotaro adjusted his hat, then said, "That's enough."
"You should rest first, Mr. Jotaro," Johnson Joffrey said, then walked out of Jotaro's room.
Jotaro watched Johnson Joffrey's retreating figure, then looked out at the peaceful town of Morioh through the French window.
"Is fate not... immutable?"
Johnson heard Jotaro's murmurings and made up his mind. Fate is not immutable. Now I will go and obtain the Arrow from the Nijimura Brothers, and then defeat Kira Yoshikage.
I need to return to Italy soon; I still have so many unfinished things to do.
"This is the place." Giorno glanced at the dilapidated house and said, "I never imagined the Arrow would be here."
Johnson Joffrey rolled down half the car window and looked at the villa, which seemed to have been uninhabited for several years.
"We've confirmed with Kujo Jotaro; he has no idea about the Arrow in Morioh. We can get to the Arrow before him."
"Let's get to it. The sooner we finish, the sooner we can return to Italy."
Johnson said, looking at Giorno—
"I've always had a question…" Giorno suddenly said, "Why are you so obsessed with the Arrow, Johnson?"
"Do you even need to ask that, Giorno?!" Mista turned to him, "The Arrow can create Stand Users! Of course, something that dangerous must be firmly held in our hands."
Giorno looked up at Mista, then sighed softly and said, "You have a point. The Arrow should, of course, be in our hands…"
"Not entirely," Johnson said. "I also want to bring an end to a story, and uncover some unsolved mysteries. Ah, of course, if possible, it's better to have such a thing in one's own hands."
Johnson Joffrey thought, if he were to possess all the Arrows, he would, in a way, be a villain boss, wouldn't he? After arriving in this town, he once again felt the immense and unimaginable power of the villain's charm.
He got out of the car and slowly approached the dilapidated house.
However, someone reached out and stopped him. He bumped into the hand that blocked him—
Ghiaccio frowned at him, "How many times do I have to tell you? Don't get involved personally with such minor characters."
"You are a man destined to reach the pinnacle of Passione. To personally deal with a couple of high school brothers would bring shame to Passione. Unless it's someone like Diavolo or Kujo Jotaro, please do not act personally."
Johnson Joffrey looked at him with some confusion.
"Leave it to Mista and me! Stay in the car with the boss. We'll retrieve the Arrow in a moment."
"I agree with Ghiaccio." Mista pulled a gun from his waist, then shook his head, and several bullets accurately dropped from his hat into the magazine—
"If the Arrow is your tool to reach the top, then stay put. For someone of your stature, don't you usually just yell, 'Brothers, go!'? If you don't ask us to do such things, we'd actually feel awkward."
"Because just as I always believed you could defeat Diavolo, I also always believe you can reach the pinnacle of the world."
"And take us with you."
Johnson Joffrey calmly looked at Ghiaccio and Mista, "Then go and retrieve the Arrow for me."
