Chapter 62 - Chapter 62: Windy Dress*Armor and Windy Light Sabertron

Chapter 62: Windy Dress☆Armor and Windy Light Sabertron

On the internet, Rito bought several 10-kilo bags of cat and dog food.

He also purchased seedlings of mint, rosemary, parsley, cilantro, basil, birdseed, kale, watercress, lettuce, arugula, oats, sprouted corn, parsley, basil, grasses, and chamomile. As well as lettuce, kale, spinach, okra, and cabbage.

He paid a bit more for delivery within 1 hour.

At home, in the living room, Mikan, Asia, and Yami were playing video games.

Lala was in the Garden of Eden.

"Rito, I'm done!"

Just thinking about her, and she appeared.

Lala's shout caught the attention of the girls, who paused the game.

"What did Lala finish?" Mikan asked.

"Hehe~" She let out a giggle like the soft chime of a bell and extended her hands: "Ta-da! These are: Windy Dress☆Armor and Windy Light Sabertron!"

In her left hand, there was a badge with Peke's expression in green, shaped like a heart, and in her right, a ten-centimeter flashlight in black with green lines.

"What do these do, Lala?" Rito asked.

Lala explained excitedly: "Windy Dress☆Armor transforms into a wind armor that surrounds the user, protecting them from attacks with a wind armor, while the Windy Light Sabertron turns into a light saber with wind swirling around it. Both have their own energy source and can last for an hour. Watch how it works in practice!"

With the badge in hand, she placed it on her shirt, and then, magically, a kind of green wind armor was created instantly, surrounding her body.

It was like a soft and calm aura, not really seeming to be made of wind.

"Rito, try to attack me." Lala requested.

"Okay." He replied, but what he did was try to touch her shoulder, only to feel something preventing direct contact: "This is amazing."

"Rito…" Lala pouted: "Just touching my shoulder won't do as a test."

"Let me try, Princess Lala." Yami said, extending her hair and attacking toward Lala's stomach.

Of course, she didn't use much force.

When her hair, shaped like a fist, hit Lala's stomach, it met resistance and couldn't penetrate the wind-made defense.

"See? It's effective, right? With this, Mikan and Asia can protect themselves when they go out~!" She said cheerfully and added: "Oh yes, there's also the Windy Light Sabertron!"

She pressed a button, and a green light saber formed, enveloped by wind currents similar to the wind armor.

She swung the green light saber in the air, making an incredible sound, worthy of a cultured man and woman's dream, leaving a trail of light in the air, along with a gentle breeze.

Lala was very skilled at handling the saber, spinning it in her hand artistically.

Mikan, Asia, and even Yami applauded.

Mikan said: "That was amazing, Lala!"

"Yeah, it was really cool~!" Asia added.

"Not bad, Princess Lala." Yami said while clapping.

"It was very artistic and cool, Lala." Rito said with a loving smile.

With her free hand, Lala placed it on the back of her head and with a giggle and a happy smile, she said: "Thank you, thank you~!"

Without him even asking, she solved one of his biggest worries. He really loved that about her.

Although she said it only lasts an hour, it was an ace up the sleeve that could save someone's life.

"What's the defense level of this armor, Princess Lala?" Yami asked.

"Hmm… It should be able to block High-Class attacks." Lala replied.

"High-Class?" Mikan asked, not understanding this classification.

"Huh… Mikan doesn't know about rank classifications, right?" Yami explained: "A being, whether human or not, would be classified as Low-Class or Rank D. Someone stronger would be Middle-Class, or Rank C. And someone capable of creating attacks powerful enough to make craters and destroy small cities would be High-Class, or Rank B. By the way, Rito Yuki demonstrated that level of power when he fought against me."

"I see…" Mikan asked: "Besides those, there are higher ranks, right?"

Yami nodded: "The next is Rank A. From there, each faction classifies with different titles, some like 'Ultimate-Class' or 'Special-Class,' among others."

"Is Yami a Rank A?" Mikan asked.

Rito intervened: "No, Mikan, she's probably at least a Rank S. When she fought me, she didn't even use half of her full power. She would be what they call Royal-Class. She could easily destroy a large city without much effort."

Of course, he knew that wasn't all. If she really tried, she could even cut a planet in half…

"Wow!"

"Yami is fantastic!"

Mikan and Asia looked at her with their eyes sparkling.

In front of their gazes, Yami blushed a little, looking away, and said: "I need to use the bathroom."

"Yami is so adorable~!" Lala exclaimed.

That only made Yami quicken her steps, leaving the room.

After canceling the transformation of the items she created, Lala handed a set to Asia and Mikan.

Lala turned to him: "For you too, Rito!"

Seeing her outstretched hand with a flashlight and a badge with a face reminiscent of Peke, he felt a bit emotional, not expecting to receive one too.

"Thank you, Lala, it'll be my treasure." He kissed her cheek.

Lala blushed a little and let out a happy giggle.

A truck arrived with his deliveries.

After receiving them, he took them to the Garden of Eden.

There, he planted the seedlings using the wind, not too far from the dogs and cats.

Then, he went to the dogs with ten 10-kilo bags of food.

They might be very hungry and would need at least that much to satisfy them.

When he arrived, although the dogs were no longer fighting, several of them were still eyeing each other warily.

Some had simply vanished, but he found them with the wind and brought them back.

The goofy expression of not understanding what was happening on some caramel-colored dogs was quite funny.

With the wind, he opened all ten bags of food and, with a jar of red orb powder, he opened the lid and mixed everything in the air.

In an instant, the fragrance of the food drove the dogs wild.

"Silence!" He shouted in a commanding tone.

They were street dogs; they understood what some words meant.

Soon, the dogs stopped barking, and with the wind, Rito created a row of holes in the ground shaped like bowls, placing the same portion for each of them in the holes and holding them with the wind.

Then, he positioned them at each hole and released them.

When they started fighting, trying to steal food from one another, he made them spin in the air.

"No stealing!" He shouted and then returned the dog to the ground.

After a small lesson, the 'drunk dog' returned to normal and became more obedient.

That wasn't the only dog that tried to steal food; others tried too, but learned the hard way, spinning in the air until they got dizzy.

By the way, after spending a few hours in the Garden of Eden, their fur improved significantly.

Of course, they also got dirty with impurities again, after all, they were street dogs that ate anything off the streets.

Rito thought of something and then began to dig a hole.

Soon, a hole the size of a 10-meter by 5-meter pool with 1 meter of depth was created. Using the wind, he created a tunnel from the lake to this hole and pulled water until it was filled.

By the way, something he had already noticed before… Everything impure is purified in this dimension—even the impurities that fell on the ground left by the dogs. That's why the bad smell in the air came mainly from them, but it wasn't too strong, as it was partially purified by the atmosphere itself.

Some larger dogs finished eating and started howling, seeming to want to say they loved it… Or at least that's how Rito liked to interpret it.

He waited until the last dog finished eating and left.

…

The same process was repeated with the cats, except there were at least nine times more cats than dogs, and the cats could be more aggressive than the dogs when it came to eating.

Several of them were made to spin and became 'drunk cats'…

After being punished a few times, they learned their lesson.

Just as he did for the dogs, he created a pool of water, only shallower but larger, with 20 meters by 10 meters and 30 cm of depth.
