Chapter 2 - Beginning

A boy stood in the arena of the Phoenix Academy. His name was Aryan. His training was finally complete, and in exactly one month, he was scheduled to leave for the Sinonius Planet. He was thrilled about this new journey, but a lingering fear gnawed at his heart—how would he survive in that alien world? How would he get stronger? His ultimate dream was to become the most powerful human on Earth.

Suddenly, a searing pain shot through his chest, and a loud scream escaped his lips. The punch had been delivered by none other than the strongest student in the academy. No one knew his real name; everyone called him 'Jettmaster' because his body was as tough and indestructible as a jet. His father was one of the most powerful team leaders in the Phoenix Shelter, leading the most formidable team, 'RedSky'. Jettmaster was next in line to take over the leadership, which was why every student feared him and desperately wanted to join his ranks. Today was Aryan's fight against Jettmaster, and he had blacked out from the very first strike.

When he opened his eyes, he found himself in a hospital bed. His older brother, Aditya, was standing right in front of him.

"B-Brother..." slipped faintly from Aryan's lips.

Aditya rushed over and pulled him into a tight, desperate hug. "Aryan! What happened to you? Tell me!" he asked, his voice trembling with worry.

Stuttering, Aryan lied, "Brother... a car hit me."

Aryan hadn't told his brother yet that he had joined the Phoenix Academy and was going to the Sinonius Planet just so he could pull them out of their miserable poverty.

The two brothers were orphans. Their parents had left them all alone in this world when they were very young. They lived with their aunt and uncle, who were incredibly selfish. They had only kept the boys around so they could eventually seize the house and land that rightfully belonged to their late parents. Aditya worked tirelessly at a café to fund Aryan's education. He had absolutely no idea that Aryan was secretly training at the Academy.

Aryan was now fully recovered. The doctor discharged him, and Aditya brought him home. But the moment they took their first step inside the gate, their aunt, uncle, and cousins were standing there waiting.

His aunt taunted them in a shrill voice, "Look who's back, our little princes! Where were you two? The whole house is a mess, go clean it up." She didn't feel an ounce of pity, completely ignoring Aryan's injuries.

Aditya tried to say something, but she rudely cut him off, "No ifs or buts! If you want to stay here, you have to clean this house."

Seeing Aryan hesitate, his uncle brought out a heavy wooden stick and yelled, "Aryan, are you going to clean or not?!"

The stick was just about to hit Aryan when Aditya stepped in, caught the stick mid-air, and shoved his uncle hard toward the outside.

Seething with anger, Aditya roared, "Enough! We don't need you anymore. Get out of our house!" He pushed his uncle out the door.

As she was leaving, his aunt spat venomously, "If we leave, how will you eat? You both will starve to death!"

Aditya shot back coldly, "Starving to death is better than enduring your daily torture." Ignoring them, he slammed the door right in their faces.

After the aunt and uncle finished shouting their curses and left for their own place, Aryan looked at Aditya. "Brother, what happens now? You kicked them out of the house."

Aditya gently patted his shoulder and reassured him, "Everything will be fine. It's already 9 PM, go get some rest."

Aryan's mood was completely ruined by the ordeal. He went to his room and kept tossing and turning in bed. He had to leave for the Sinonius Planet tomorrow, and he couldn't even withstand a single punch from Jettmaster. How was he supposed to survive and get stronger out there? Lost in these anxious thoughts, he finally drifted off to sleep.

The morning sun rays filtered through the open window, falling on his face and waking him up. It was 7 AM. He walked downstairs and found breakfast on the table, covered with a plate. Next to it was a note:

"Aryan, I'm heading to the café. Have your breakfast. I'll be back by 9 PM tonight. Take care of yourself until then."

Reading the note, Aryan choked up. "Brother... you care about me so much," he whispered to himself. "One day, I'll become so rich that you'll never have to do these petty jobs again." As he said this, his eyes welled up with tears, burning with a fierce, unbreakable resolve to become powerful. He carefully put the note away and ate his breakfast.

"I'm coming, Sinonius Planet!" he declared, arriving at the academy. Today, he had to step into the Academy's portal, which would teleport him directly to Sinonius.

Right at the gates, he met Master Dron. In the entire academy, Master Dron was the only one who genuinely cared for him, while all the other masters constantly humiliated and looked down on him.

Seeing him, Master Dron said, "You've had the worst performance in the entire academy, Aryan. Will you really be able to survive out there?"

Aryan looked him straight in the eyes and said with unwavering confidence, "Yes, Master. I will definitely survive, and one day, I will become incredibly powerful."

A proud smile appeared on the master's face. Aryan respectfully touched Master Dron's feet to seek his blessings, and then walked toward the portal.

Jettmaster and his lackeys were standing near the portal. They immediately started mocking him. One of the lackeys sneered, "Look, the loser is here! He couldn't even handle one punch from Jettmaster. The Xenoforms are going to swallow him alive out there!" They all burst into harsh laughter.

Aryan clenched his fists and thought to himself, 'One day, all of you will bow before me.' Ignoring them completely, he stepped into the portal.

The lackey turned to Jettmaster, "Look at the attitude on this guy!"

Jettmaster just smirked. "Where can he run? We'll find him on Sinonius, and we'll deal with him then." They, too, stepped into the portal.

When Aryan opened his eyes again, he found himself in an unfamiliar room. It looked somewhat like a shelter room of the Phoenix Academy. He stretched his arms, and right at that moment, a translucent screen lit up above his hand, and a robotic voice echoed inside his mind:

"Hello Aryan, welcome to the Sinonius Planet."
