"Crack!"
With a roar, Tang Hao shattered the enormous grotto from the inside out with the Haotian Hammer, wreathed in dark light. Rocks shattered, earth and wood flew everywhere, and countless grains of sand shot in all directions, piercing through countless surrounding trees.
Su Yaoyun's pupils reflected the terrifying power of the man wielding the Haotian Hammer, cleaving through the sky with overwhelming force. Her foxy face showed no fear, instead displaying a touch of heroic spirit. As a deep disdain flashed in her eyes, the twelve-petaled lotus between her brows began to bloom with a brilliant and intense red light.
"Looking down on women?"
Su Yaoyun sneered, her graceful body releasing unparalleled spiritual fluctuations. A red beam of light burst forth from her body, shooting straight into the sky, illuminating the night sky for a radius of ten miles.
A pink, twelve-petaled lotus flower, brimming with unparalleled killing intent, rapidly took shape in the night sky. Upon closer inspection, it resembled the lotus flower on the woman's forehead, only magnified thousands of times, its size exceeding that of the Haotian Hammer that had shattered through the air.
Tang Hao, rushing towards the scene, narrowed his eyes at the sight. He had roamed the continent for many years but had never witnessed such a bizarre method; the woman's powerful mental fluctuations were simply unprecedented in his life.
The hammer had already been unleashed; there was no turning back. Tang Hao's eyes narrowed, flashing with intense killing intent. He knew that such a powerful opponent had to be eliminated in one fell swoop, otherwise, the consequences would be dire.
"Boom!"
Red patterns of killing intent spread across the surface of the Haotian Hammer, its power instantly increasing several times over. At this moment, the Haotian Hammer seemed capable of punching a hole in the heavens, sonic booms resounding, and the surrounding earth and trees trembled and groaned.
Su Yaoyun's eyes turned cold. The twelve-petaled red lotus before her, as exquisitely carved as jade, concealed a terrifying killing intent. Even the faintest hint of danger sent chills down the spines of those nearby.
"Go!"
Su Yaoyun shouted, and the twelve-petaled red lotus soared through the air, colliding with the Haotian Hammer, which gleamed with dark light.
After a moment of pause, a blinding light illuminated the sky for ten miles around, followed by a deafening explosion that shook the surrounding area, as if the heavens had collapsed. The force of the explosion topped countless trees, and the shockwaves scattered nearby birds and beasts. As the
violent energy dissipated, the twelve-petaled red lotus spun in mid-air, damaged in several places yet still standing. The Haotian Hammer, however, was sent flying back, its light dimmed, clearly having lost much of its vitality.
Su Yaoyun, in her alluring red dress, stood unharmed in mid-air.
Tang Hao coughed up blood again, his face ashen, his eyes filled with shock and worry. That hammer blow wasn't something anyone could withstand; he truly hadn't expected that besides Bibi Dong, there was such a powerful woman in this era.
"Who are you!" Tang Hao stared intently at the woman.
"Enough nonsense." Su Yaoyun had no intention of chatting with him. Dozens of pink spikes appeared before her, accompanied by dim lotus blossoms, shooting towards Tang Hao.
Tang Hao's muscles were taut to the extreme; the muscles in his arms were inhumanly thick, yet he wielded his hammer with surprising agility, swinging it with imposing strides, hammering away at each attack.
"Since you possess such strength, why make things difficult for me? Why not form a good relationship with me, Tang Hao? You will surely be rewarded in the future," Tang Hao said hastily while dodging the attacks.
"Heh." Su Yaoyun sneered repeatedly, her pink eyes flashing with sarcasm and anger. "What are you? Since you've messed with my man, don't expect to get away with this."
"Messed with your man?"
Tang Hao was initially suspicious, but quickly remembered the little thief he had sworn to kill during the day. Was he this terrifying woman's...?
How could that be? Could that kid have such a powerful woman backing him up?
While hastily defending against the relentless onslaught of attacks, Tang Hao now felt a pang of regret. If he had known that this kid had such a terrifying woman protecting him, he certainly wouldn't have taken such extreme measures during the day.
Tang Hao's eyes darted around rapidly as he gripped the thick hammer handle tightly, swinging it repeatedly to block.
Since the die was cast, regret was useless. He wasn't good at speed and had a son with him; his only option now was to quickly kill this woman. Otherwise, if he delayed and another powerful figure attacked, he'd be doomed.
Thinking this, Tang Hao smiled. He was definitely overthinking it. It was already a miracle that such a monstrously strong woman could appear behind that kid; how could he possibly have other powerful backers? If he really had that kind of strength, he could easily be one of the three upper sects.
"In that case, once I've dealt with you, I won't have any worries for the short term, right?" Tang Hao looked at Su Yaoyun arrogantly, showing no frustration at his earlier defeat.
"You're about to die, so stop pretending to be a big shot." Su Yaoyun's mental attacks rained down like a storm, the relentless assault demonstrating her determination to kill Tang Hao.
If this person isn't eliminated and allowed to return to the mountains, and if he were to threaten the safety of her students and men in the future, she would surely regret it. Su Yaoyun had already thought all of this through before she came.
"Boom!"
A tremendous aura suddenly surged from Tang Hao's body, sweeping away his previous dejection. He was as energetic as if he had taken drugs, even his pale stubble face turned rosy, and he was radiant with vitality.
He first released a gentle soul force from his hand, steadily pushing the unconscious Tang San in his arms to a distance, and then suddenly looked up, his eyes flashing with ferocity, "Woman, it is your honor to die today under the divine technique of my Haotian Sect."
"Whoosh!"
A huge inverted triangular spiritual prism pierced towards her. Su Yaoyun wasn't going to stand quietly and listen to his boasting; killing him was the right thing to do.
"You're courting death!"
Tang Hao roared, raising his Clear Sky Hammer in a fit of rage. The nine soul rings pulsating beneath him emitted unusual fluctuations. The first eight soul rings shattered simultaneously, the exploding energy mist pouring into his body. Tang Hao's aura surged dramatically in that instant.
The Clear Sky Hammer unfurled against the wind, radiating boundless destructive power. Tang Hao stood tall like a war god, his casual swing of the hammer instantly wielding Su Yaoyun's attack, which was swept away by its domineering might.
Su Yaoyun's eyes widened in surprise. She hadn't expected Tang Hao to have such a trump card. Despite being severely injured, his aura had inexplicably risen to another level, far stronger than before.
"Clear Sky Sect Divine Skill: Great Sumeru Hammer!"
A chilling, maniacal voice rang out. Tang Hao's Clear Sky Hammer swung against the wind, exuding explosive power. Ripples spread through the surrounding space, as if it couldn't withstand the pressure released by the Clear Sky Hammer and was about to crack.
For the first time, a serious expression appeared in Su Yaoyun's pink eyes. She had to admit that the opponent's skill was indeed terrifying. After the bizarre explosion of the soul ring, the aura actually experienced a heaven-defying surge. This attack would probably be difficult to withstand.
Seeing the woman's fearful expression, Tang Hao sneered, a bloodthirsty glint in his eyes. "Scared already?"
"I, Tang Hao, have not left the mountain for many years. Do these Tom, Dick, and Harry really think they can capture me with just a couple of moves?"
"Alright, stop bragging!" A discordant voice suddenly rang out from the side.
"Who?" Tang Hao coldly snorted and flicked his wrist. The power of the Clear Sky Hammer surged to its peak in an instant, as if a single blow could collapse the sky and reverse the course of mountains and rivers.
"Clang!"
The response was the sound of a golden gong. Continuous golden waves, like ocean waves, appeared between heaven and earth, surging through space and rippling towards the unsuspecting Tang Hao.
