The Dragon Ancestral Hall fell into a contemplative silence after Zenith's final words. Ancient winds drifted through the enormous chamber, carrying with them a feeling that history itself was beginning to stir once again.
Arata remained seated with his hands in his pockets, his crimson eyes calm as though the revelation had only deepened his curiosity rather than burdened him.
After a brief pause, he spoke.
"Constellation…,Darkness, Sun, Moon, Life, Mirror, Mythical, Supreme Transcendence, Identity, Void, Divinity and Law."
Zenith slowly nodded from atop his throne.
"Yes. Those are the twelve Circuits known during the First Circuit Being Era."
His golden slit eyes narrowed thoughtfully.
"Aside from the Soul Circuit…the Koketsu, your left eye circuit…Death, which has already been killed by you…"
He paused.
"And one more."
Arata raised an eyebrow.
"The Pen of Creation Circuit."
Zenith folded his hands together.
"Its user possesses the ability to write anything into reality."
For the first time in several moments, Arata smiled.
"That's interesting. I'm more excited to meet them now."
His gaze shifted toward Zenith.
"I want you to meet someone."
Without another word, Arata raised one hand.
"Queen Nullis."
A white portal silently unfolded in the center of the throne hall.
Elegant streams of pale light drifted from its edges before a graceful woman stepped through.
She possessed flowing silver hair that reached past her waist and brilliant silver eyes that seemed capable of seeing through reality itself.
Every movement she made carried effortless elegance.
She walked calmly toward Arata.
Arata observed her quietly before smiling.
"So you've gained a new touch."
Queen Nullis inclined her head respectfully.
"It was thanks to you that my horizon has been broadened."
Zenith's eyes narrowed.
"A conceptual being?"
Arata nodded casually.
"Yeah. I stumbled upon her years ago when she tried to probe me."
Zenith looked between the two.
"So why did you call her?"
Arata's expression became serious.
"I want you to look at her…All-Seeing Null Eyes."
Far away…On Planet Kael'Ar. Within an unfamiliar forest, space quietly distorted before a portal appeared between the trees.
John stepped through first.
Tessandra followed immediately behind him.
A second later Kaelven was launched straight through the portal before crashing face-first into the ground.
He slowly lifted his head.
"Why do I always get pushed into a portal…always?"
Britanya stepped through gracefully before brushing imaginary dust from her clothes.
John glanced at everyone.
"Tess and I will head back to Vill."
The laboratory that Tessandra owned—and the place she called home—awaited them.
Alzwalt folded his arms.
"I'll take Britanya to meet Kael. Tomorrow we'll head to Astria."
Kaelven scratched his head.
"So what do I do?"
John answered immediately.
"Go catch up with Kaelen in Valhalla."
Kaelven blinked.
"Right…I should've thought of that."
Without another word, the group split apart.
Each headed toward their own destination.
Only a few minutes later…Alzwalt and Britanya arrived outside Alzwalt's home in Arkion.
The spacious courtyard echoed with the repeated sound of strikes against the air.
Kael was already training.
Sweat rolled down his face as he practiced his martial forms with unwavering focus.
Britanya watched quietly.
"He's your disciple?"
Alzwalt smiled proudly.
"Yes. Isn't he determined?"
Britanya chuckled.
"He reminds me of a certain muscle head."
Alzwalt glanced sideways.
"I heard that, babe."
Britanya laughed.
Before either could continue, Kael noticed them.
His eyes immediately brightened.
He hurried across the courtyard before stopping before his master.
"Master! You're back!"
Alzwalt smiled.
"Yes. I'm back."
He folded his arms.
"Now let's see how your training went."
Kael nodded enthusiastically.
"Yes, Master!"
The training resumed almost immediately.
Under Alzwalt's guidance, Kael demonstrated everything he had learned during his absence, receiving corrections and advice along the way.
Hours passed before the day's training finally came to an end.
Night quietly settled over Arkion.
After finishing his bath, Kael changed into fresh clothes before bowing respectfully toward his master.
"Good night, Master."
Alzwalt nodded.
"Rest well."
Kael returned to his room before lying down.
Within minutes, he had fallen asleep.
Meanwhile…Alzwalt and Britanya climbed the stairs together toward their room.
Just as Alzwalt reached the doorway Britanya suddenly stepped inside.
Then…She shut the door directly in front of him. Alzwalt stared at the closed door.
Britanya's voice came from the other side.
"Heal that burn before you come in."
Alzwalt sighed helplessly.
"…Yes, ma'am."
He quietly sat down outside the door.
Crossing his legs, he closed his eyes.
His consciousness slowly descended inward…
Into his subconscious. Within that endless inner world, Alzwalt opened his eyes.
He looked down at the conceptual burn still lingering upon his hand.
His expression became unusually solemn.
"I didn't want to draw any more power than this…or else I'll become Light. I don't want to take that throne as yet."
He slowly inhaled.
Then he reached toward the true source of his Circuit.
The Luminous Circuit—Divine Light. An incomparably pure radiance emerged from within his soul. It was a light equal to the Origin Light itself…
The very light from which existence had first been formed.
Golden brilliance flooded his subconscious.
Outside…Alzwalt's entire body began glowing with overwhelming divine radiance.
Six magnificent golden wings unfolded from his back.
A flawless golden halo materialized above his head.
The conceptual burn upon his hand trembled before being completely consumed by the overwhelming divine light.
Within moments…It vanished Completely. Alzwalt slowly exhaled. The golden halo dissolved.
His six wings faded into countless particles of light before disappearing altogether.
He stood up. The door quietly opened.
Britanya looked toward his now healed hand before smiling with satisfaction.
"Better."
Alzwalt simply smiled back before walking inside.
The room grew quiet.
Soon afterward, both of them lay down beside one another.
As the night embraced Arkion…The world slept peacefully.
Unaware that the ancient users of the First Circuit Being Era were already drawing closer with every passing moment.
