The nomads chasing Paige Cooper appeared to be a team of seven. And when these seven people saw Natalie, they all looked astonished.
Three years have passed since the apocalypse arrived in this world. And after three years, due to the environment and conditions, even the most beautiful women had become haggard beyond recognition.
Suddenly seeing a beauty like Natalie, who would have been considered a celebrity or a model even in peacetime, was absolutely shocking for these nomads.

She noticed that ever since this man appeared, April, who had been tense, suddenly relaxed a lot.
Paige knew this relief all too well. She and others felt the same way when they were convinced that a deadly danger had completely passed.
Natalie turned her head and said with a smile, "He is the friend I've been waiting for."
