(Tsunade's POV)
Tsunade frowned, looking at the invitation in her hands, delivered by the Sound ninjas. Shizune, standing beside her, already seemed a little nervous as she looked at the invitation.
-Tsunade-sama, is this some kind of trap?- Shizune asked worriedly.
Tsunade shook her head in denial, but didn't speak. To be honest, when she heard about Jugo having Wood Release, she thought he was a descendant of the Senju, but even now she wasn't sure. After all, Orochimaru was in that village and Yamato was an example of what Orochimaru could create when he was interested enough.
But even Yamato had a connection to the Senju clan, so it wasn't strange that he could adapt to the Wood Release. Could Jugo also be a descendant of them?

Tsunade delivered the message she wanted to the frog before the little frog quickly disappeared in a cloud of smoke.
Shizune looked at this with slight apprehension. -Tsunade-sama, are you going to call Jiraiya-sama back?
-Yes, enough time has passed. Let that brat Naruto come back, even if he doesn't participate in this Chunin Exam. I still want to see how much he's improved.- Tsunade sighed and spoke.
Shizune seemed to want to say something, but in the end she said nothing, only nodded and hoped that Naruto had taken it seriously.
(Onoki's POV)
-What?! That brat from Oto sent me an invitation to a Chunin Exam? Is he crazy? Does he think that just because he sent that bratty Raikage away he has enough status?!- Onoki scoffed, irritated. He still hadn't forgotten the subordinates he lost during the operation to frame Otogakure.
Even though Otogakure had nothing to do with it, Onoki still blamed them! If it weren't for them, he wouldn't have lost his subordinates, so it was their fault!
Sure, Onoki only complained, but still looked at the invitation with narrowed eyes. This could be an opportunity, entering Otogakure had proven impossible, he was still shocked by how well guarded that village was, but this time there was a chance.

A table flew out of the Raikage's office window.

Mabui swallowed hard, her face more sad than crying, this was the fourth table this month!
When the Raikage finally calmed down, he began to think, remembering Jugo's strange ability. He still felt internal palpitations, but this was an opportunity to gather information...
So, he could only swallow the refusal and sighed. - Go call Yugito!
He first thought of sending Bee, but knowing that guy, he wouldn't be very useful for gathering information, it's quite likely he'd try to put on a show instead.
(Terumi Mei's POV)
Mei looked at the invitation with a conflicted heart, she remembered the titans that had appeared that day, something that still caused nightmares for many people in the village, including herself.
But just like the other Kages, she came to the same conclusion: she needed to go, but her objective was different, she wanted to forge an alliance with Otogakure!
She sighed and thought that she needed to convince those irritating elders again, resignedly, she asked Choujurou to summon them.
(Gaara's POV)
Gaara looked at the invitation calmly, as the only village allied with Otogakure, he was the calmest among the Kages.
In this version, Gaara was not "woken up" by Naruto, but Temari and Kankuro's affection still touched him, leading him to finally calm down. Furthermore, with Rasa's death, Gaara finally had some peace. Not much, but still, he was much better than before.
Of course, there were elders who didn't want Gaara to be Kazekage, but the situation forced them to. Even when he succeeded, there was a lot of opposition in the village, but since returning from Otogakure, Chiyo sided with Gaara, bringing relative peace to the situation where Gaara lived.

He had already warned Jirobo, Dosu and Orochimaru, the first found it interesting, Dosu didn't care, while Orochimaru, who was busy researching, found it uninteresting. He was even ready to use Torune's body to reincarnate, finding his ability very interesting.
Fortunately, as a werewolf, Jugo's will was his own will, so despite his disinterest, he still promised to complete the task without any reluctance. Jugo can't help but think that werewolves are actually useful.
Dosu was monitoring the island and modifying it by placing cameras in various locations. Of course, not everything would be visible, but Jugo also intended to summon snakes and attach cameras to them, allowing them to keep an eye on the entire island.
