When Kate noticed that Michael was looking at her, she blushed. She averted her gaze, looking at the ceiling as she said, "I'm going out with Lina. I'm not sure at what time I will return, but at most, it would be 8 at night."
Michael did not respond, as he gazed at Kate, a smile on his lips. He believed that the same reason why Kate was going out today was the same as why she had the previous day.
When Kate came back the previous day, she had already informed Michael about what had happened, and why she stayed out so long. Additionally, Lina was a bio human, with the responsibility of protecting Kate.
Because this was something that was suggested by Lina, the chances of Kate facing danger were extremely low. That was especially considering that they were dealing with ordinary gangsters and crooks, not mutants.
