And the rank of this Law had reached an unbelievable level.

千萬丈大小, qiān wàn zhàng dàxiǎo: 千 thousand, many 萬 a myriad (ten thousands), a great number 丈 zhang (see below) 大小 size, magnitude
丈, zhàn: a length (a Chinese unit of measurement) of about ten feet
literally, a size of thousands of myriads of zhangs. Hmm. 1,000 x 10,000 x 10 feet = 100,000,000 feet, which is about 30,000 km or 20,000 miles (the Earth circumference is about 40,000 km). So, this axe beam of "thousands (with an s) of myriads of zhangs" is several times the circumference of the Earth, but it's still smaller than the spacecraft.
Note : The traditionalzhang is a traditional Chinese unit of length equal to 10 chi (尺). The mainland zhang is a unit of length standardized in 1984 as 3 1/3 meters (about 3.33 meters).
