Chapter 104 - Chapter 101 Nirvana

"The Abode of the Demon Cat" in the South, in the Gas Tree Sea.

Because of its pleasant scenery, mild climate, and suitable environment, Wasi Tree Sea has attracted real estate developers to build up high-end leisure villas on its outskirts, specifically for wealthy people to relax and unwind.

The real estate developer probably never imagined that the Gas Tree Sea, which was not further developed due to its high budget, actually concealed a super magic that could influence the world.

Deep within the forest, Gerald led the Oración Seis to a cave.

It's called a cave, but it's actually a huge tree hollow under a thousand-year-old tree.

Gerald stroked the faded ancient runes on the cave wall, then turned to look at the stone tablet in the center of the cave. "Teacher, that is the seal of [Nirvana]."

As a former member of the Magic Council, Jellal learned many secrets of the magical world, including the Transformation Magic [Nirvana].

"Well done, Gerald."

"Although your plan to revive the Dark Mage failed, your dream still has a chance to be realized. We will eventually bring freedom of darkness to the world."

After promising the tool man a rosy picture, Brian inserted the skull staff into the rune array eye on the stone tablet.

Even though ancient sealing magic is complex and has become fragile due to the passage of time, it is still extremely difficult to break.

But Brian, who had once been the director of the Magic Development Bureau, was able to find the weak point of the seal at a glance, thanks to his extensive magical knowledge.

With a twist of his wand, Brian's precise magical guidance caused the sealed stone tablet to crumble inch by inch, causing the earth to tremble.

One of the Six Demons, codenamed "Hot Eye," noticed the unusual tremor and warned his companions, "Something is about to emerge from underground."

Kebra, who was entangled by the Purple Serpent, Chuberios, twitched his ears and chimed in, "I heard it too. That thing seems to be quite large."

Lisa pushed up his rooster-comb hairstyle with both hands, looking completely unconcerned. In his view, [Nirvana] was just a magic spell, no matter how powerful it could be.

The remaining two mages, a man and a woman, from the Six Evils showed no interest in the changes beneath their feet. One sat on the magic carpet, dozing off, while the other fiddled with the Celestial Key in her hand.

While the students were chatting, Brian also completely broke the seal.

With a loud bang.

The ancient tree, which had been standing for a thousand years, suddenly began to fall amidst violent tremors. The faint rumble of gears meshing could be heard from deep underground, and the moss-covered rock strata cracked open like eggshells.

Rocks crumbled and trees fell.

A gray metal spike pierced the ground, and six mechanical spider legs, each as thick as a clock tower, burst forth from the earth, stirring up waves of mud that even stained the surrounding trees with a muddy hue.

In just a few minutes, the surrounding environment underwent a dramatic transformation.

Just as Brian and his companions were still trying to figure out what those mechanical legs were, the ground beneath their feet shook violently again, followed by a feeling of being lifted up.

Trees, grass, and stones kept falling down. As their gaze moved upward, the group finally saw the enormous mechanical construct emerging from beneath the Gas Tree Sea.

It was an ancient city with an area of about 10 square kilometers, supported by six mechanical legs, resembling a giant mechanical spider.

Even the well-traveled Brian was speechless with astonishment at this change. He never expected that after the seal was broken, what would appear would be a mobile ancient city!

And that longed-for Nirvana was located in the heart of the ancient city.

But Brian didn't rush to activate [Nirvana] at this moment. Instead, he came to the edge of the city and took in the city's amazing firepower configuration.

Beneath the edge of the hexagonal base are thirty-two magic crystal cannons whose manufacturing process has long been lost, and whose power far surpasses that of ordinary magic cannons.

Upon discovering that half of the thirty-two magic crystal cannons were functioning properly, Brian burst into laughter. The fact that the vessel for [Nirvana] was an indestructible weapon of war was an unexpected delight for him.

With these two items, I might be able to surpass the "Heart of the Devil," the "Gates of the Underworld," and the Black Magic Order, and become the ruler of the dark forces!

Forcibly dispelling his illusions, Brian's current task is to completely seize control of the city and [Nirvana].

"Watch out, a master has arrived!"

A gentle breeze blew by, and Kebra suddenly turned his head to look at a row of ancient buildings. Even he, who had mastered [sound] magic, almost didn't notice the two people.

Following Cobra's gaze, Brian saw two figures, one black and one white, standing quietly on the old house. He knew the origin of one of them.

"Fairy Tail S-Class Mage, Mystogan".

"If you're alone, you're not leaving here alive today."

Brian's deep voice was filled with murderous intent.

As for the white-haired boy next to Mystogan, Brian didn't take him seriously. If even his vast intelligence network couldn't name the kid, he figured he was just an ordinary, low-level mage.

However, what Brian considered a nobody caused Gerald, who had remained calm since waking up, to change his expression and grit his teeth as he cursed, "It's you! You despicable white-haired bastard!"

Why are you yelling so loudly?

Noah pretended to pick his ear, a smile on his face and a hint of sarcasm in his tone, "Geralt, it seems you got away with it last time, but you won't be so lucky today."

"Hmph, you're the unlucky one today!"

Gerald's face was gloomy. He really couldn't have a good look at the person who had "destroyed" the Tower of Paradise, making his seven years of hard work go to waste.

If it weren't for this despicable white-haired guy interfering, the plan to sacrifice Erza to resurrect the Dark Mage would have succeeded long ago, and he could have been completely freed and embraced the freedom of darkness.

The Six Demons also realized that the white-haired boy, whom Geralt had said was the one who had ruined the Tower of Paradise project, was now looking at Noah with a dangerous gaze.

Sensing the unfriendly gaze of "Very 6+1," Noah showed no sign of nervousness. Instead, he swaggered off the ancient building that was as old as his ancestors, ignoring the stares of those around him, and shouted to the sky:

"Hey! Brothers of the Black Magic Order, are you there?!"

"If you're here, hurry up and join the raid!"

Upon hearing this, Brian immediately looked at Kebra, but the latter shook his head, as Kebra's senses did not detect the presence of anyone else outside the area.

Not only 6+1, but even Mystogan was puzzled by Noah's actions. They had investigated when they arrived and found that there were no other mages around except for the Oración Seis.

I hope my younger brother doesn't have delusions...
