As Hades left, Hyperion and Crius were left together beneath the heavy silence of the forest. The wind whispered through the trees in long mournful breaths, brushing against the leaves like unseen fingers crawling through the dark. Crius looked around the forest slowly before he suddenly stopped in his tracks and hummed lowly to himself.
"I don't know why, but suddenly I feel the chills."
"The forest is indeed scary at night," Hyperion replied casually, though his eyes still wandered toward the dark path ahead of them where the shadows between the trees appeared deeper than before.
"No," Crius said, humming again with a small frown tugging on his lips, "It feels different. Not the chills from the forest. I feel an impending storm about to hit us."
