Before him was not the flesh-covered walls and flesh-eating monsters that the Demon King described, but a bizarrely desolate space.
As far as the eye could see, there were only rocks without even a trace of moss. Even the omnipresent fungal mat was sparse and negligible here.
Not that there was nothing at all—within the shadows of this desolate land, Link still found several existing panels.
