As the darkness gave way to the light of morning,zeo decided to do some exercise before heading out later that day. According to light,two people would be joining them as they head to the temple.
One thing he could take note of was that the only problem to be faced is getting a means of transportation to get there. To him,he felt like that wasn't a problem.
"Oh zeo you're up early today... That's new"
"I wanted to exercise a little in case there's a need"
"I see..."
Shidan paused to adjust his lace before resuming his work. His clothes were quite damp which made zeo think he had been training since.
"Why do you keep training everyday... From that fight with gas, it seemed like you were having some kind of trouble keeping up to him
"In other words you mean that I'm weak right?..."
"Something like that..."
Shidan said nothing for a while as zeo waited for an answer. By now the sweat on shidan's body was beginning to dry off so he pulled off his shirt revealing a teardrop tattoo at his back. Zeo caught sight of it and asked
"What's with the tattoo"
"It's a limiter... It's normally placed on unique ability beings and especially chaoses"
"Then this has to do with the drop in your power level... right?"
"Yes"
Shidan and zeo continued to talk with each other until the sun came up fully, removing darkness from the surface.
"Zeo... I'm heading back to prepare"
Zeo simply nodded as shidan left him to attend to other things in the meantime. Now that zeo was alone,he brought out a pendant that he always carried with him, which had a picture of his parents in it. His mother also shared that with a picture of him inside hers.
Since it was a pendant watch,he closed it to observe the time when he spotted something off. For some reason, the pendant began counting backwards with a timeline of 1000 days into the future.
Concerned,zeo tries to reset the time only for the same thing to happen again.no matter how many times he tried, the results were the same so he gave up and threw the pendant back in his pocket.
Since zeo wanted to make sure he wasn't forgetting any important thing,he went back to sort out his things while waiting for the people to arrive
Thirty minutes later,a boy and a girl walked in from the Eastern part of the dome accompanied by js who seemed to be heading out as well.
As js dropped them off,he turned and left the building while shidan and his team entered a car and drove to the substation where they were supposed to find a means to get to the temple.
Currently, because of the artifacts and golden statues present on the temple,it has become a tourist center which means that there is little Time to retrieve the scroll before getting caught and apprehended
Upon getting to the station and waited for the train bound for the temple but none came. Light had earlier informed them of the fact that a train set for the temple never appears at a set time,but the Time is emailed to the tourist at the set time for security reasons so the defenders have no way of knowing the exact time of departure.
The girl that came along with js turns towards zeo and stares at him intently, causing him to take notice.
"Is there a—"
Before he could finish his statement she drags him to one side and pins him to the wall in front of her
"Um..."
"Zeo... Am I correct?"
Who is she
"Yes—"
Before he could say another word,she kisses him which shocks zeo and hana who had been secretly following them
