In the car.
Jared Quinn pulled Melody Thorne, who was leaning against the car window, into his arms. Originally, today was just to take her to see the wedding venue, but that woman appeared out of nowhere.
"Are you angry?" Jared Quinn's slender fingers pinched her delicate chin.
Saving that woman was just a convenient thing, just convenient. Who could have thought there would be so many entanglements?
"No, I just dislike that woman," Melody Thorne snorted.
Jared Quinn sensed the faint smell of jealousy on her and chuckled softly, "Yeah, no, no."
"What do you plan to do with that woman?"
Melody Thorne wanted to ask why he saved that woman; wouldn't it have been better to pretend not to see her?
Jared Quinn's eye twitched slightly, "Whatever you say to do with that woman, we can do. How about that?"
"Humph," Melody Thorne turned her head to the side.
...
Back at the Quinn Family estate, Jared Quinn went to the study, while Melody Thorne played with Timmy downstairs.
