Maya thought for a moment and nodded in agreement.
"I have to say, your sister is not an ordinary person. Even after all this, she managed to make a comeback." Ryan paused. "Actually, there's something I'm quite curious about. You two are sisters, so why is your relationship so strained?"
Seeing that Maya's expression was a bit complex, Ryan quickly added, "I was too abrupt, no need to explain."
"It's not difficult to explain." Maya's fingers paused on her cup. "The reason why we are like oil and water is because we can't stand each other. We don't get along and even see each other as enemies."
