The faint sounds of conversation woke Yun Wanqing. It was pitch black inside the fox fur, and she wrinkled her nose to sniff the air. She extended a small hand to gently rub her eyes, feeling lazily content.
"Yes."
Yun Wanye responded softly, using his Inner Strength to send words through to her.
"We're now outside the military camp. The guarding soldiers have reported to Father. We'll just wait a bit longer, and we can see Father."
"Is Little Sister hungry? Want some milk?"
Since she fell asleep in the afternoon, she hadn't woken up, nor had she had any milk. By counting the time, it had been quite a while.
Yun Wanye was really worried that she might be starving.
