Chapter 109 - 107.The Fall of Hope Island

The oceans around Hope Island had become a cage of steel.

From horizon to horizon, warships floated beneath storm-darkened skies while fighter squadrons circled endlessly above the clouds. Satellites locked onto every inch of the island from orbit. Nuclear submarines slept beneath the waters like hidden predators waiting for a single command.

Humanity had come together for one purpose.

To bury Hope Island forever.

Yet inside the island itself…

There was no panic.

No chaos.

Only silence.

Deep beneath the surface, beyond layers of armored chambers and glowing quantum corridors, Dilli stood alone inside the central sanctum of VEDA Nexus. Giant holographic streams flowed around him like rivers of light while distant tremors from the encircling fleets echoed faintly through the underground structure.

Before him floated the image of Earth.

Covered in red markers.

Every fleet.

Every missile platform.

Every orbital weapon.

All visible.

All vulnerable.

If he wished…

The war could end tonight.

Thousands of dormant JATAYUs waited beyond the skies. AGNI NETRA remained operational beneath hidden layers of the Earth. VEDA's predictive systems already possessed complete firing solutions for every hostile force surrounding Hope Island.

One command.

That was all it would take.

And the oceans around the island would become a graveyard for the greatest armies ever assembled.

Betal stood nearby, fury burning in his eyes.

"They betrayed us," he said coldly. "Not just the world… India too."

His voice darkened further.

"Give the order, Dilli. End this now."

Veda remained silent in the shadows, observing Dilli carefully.

For several moments, Dilli said nothing.

Then slowly…

He looked toward the holographic projection of the Indian fleet moving among foreign warships.

The tricolor fluttered beside nations that once threatened India's existence.

That sight pierced deeper than betrayal itself.

He remembered every sacrifice.

Every sleepless night.

Every risk taken to protect the nation that now feared him.

And yet…

No hatred came.

Only sadness.

Dilli closed his eyes briefly.

"When a child grows powerful," he said softly, "the world fears him."

Lightning flashed above the ocean far overhead.

"But when his own mother fears him too…"

He opened his eyes again.

"…he understands he no longer belongs there."

Silence filled the chamber.

Betal clenched his fists tighter.

"So we retreat?"

Dilli slowly turned toward the colossal oceanic map glowing beneath the floor.

"No," he replied calmly.

"We evolve."

With a single movement of his hand, the holographic display shifted.

The oceans beneath Hope Island opened layer by layer.

Hidden beneath kilometers of reinforced seabed…

A vast tunnel network illuminated across the Arabian Sea.

CosOcean.

The greatest underwater infrastructure ever created by mankind.

Massive underground transit channels stretched silently through the oceanic crust like veins beneath the Earth itself, connecting hidden installations across continents.

And at the far end of those glowing pathways—

A city appeared.

Gigantic.

Radiant.

Impossible.

The underwater metropolis of Dwarka.

Not ruins.

Not mythology.

A living civilization beneath the sea.

Golden towers shimmered beneath dark waters while colossal energy domes protected entire ecosystems thriving in peaceful silence. Advanced aerial vehicles moved through illuminated underwater highways while millions of lights glowed softly beneath the ocean floor like stars trapped beneath the sea.

Humanity searched the skies for the future…

Never realizing it already existed beneath the oceans.

Betal stared speechlessly.

"Everyone has already been evacuated?"

Veda nodded once.

"All Hope Island citizens, researchers, engineers, families, archives, biological vaults, AI cores, and JATAYU command systems have been transferred successfully."

Dilli looked toward Dwarka's glowing image silently.

His true kingdom.

Hidden from humanity.

Safe from politics.

Safe from fear.

Safe from betrayal.

Then alarms suddenly echoed throughout the chamber.

The United Nations coalition had begun final assault positioning.

Missile systems activated.

Bombers entered launch trajectories.

The countdown to invasion had begun.

Betal looked toward Dilli urgently.

"We're out of time."

But Dilli remained calm.

He reached toward the central console.

"Activate Protocol Samudra."

For the first time—

Even Betal looked stunned.

"You're destroying Hope Island?"

Dilli's eyes remained fixed upon the oceanic map.

"If the world wishes to bury Hope Island…"

His voice became distant.

"…then let them believe it died tonight."

Deep beneath the island, ancient reactor systems awakened.

Throughout Hope Island, silent evacuation lights shifted from blue to crimson.

Then the island itself began to tremble.

Far above, coalition fleets immediately detected massive energy spikes.

Panic spread across command centers.

"Thermal surges beneath the island!"

"Unknown reactor activity detected!"

"Is it a weapon?!"

Inside the underground transit chamber, Dilli stood before a colossal circular gateway leading into the CosOcean tunnels.

Behind him, Hope Island continued shaking violently.

Betal took one last look toward the collapsing systems around them.

"All of this…" he whispered.

Dilli looked back only once.

The island that had changed human history.

The island that had protected India.

The island abandoned by the very nation it defended.

Then he spoke quietly.

"Civilizations are not buildings, Betal."

His eyes hardened.

"They are people."

The gateway slowly opened.

Beyond it stretched an endless illuminated tunnel descending into the darkness beneath the sea.

Toward Dwarka.

Toward the future.

As Dilli stepped forward, Veda activated the final sequence.

Across Hope Island, thousands of hidden reactors overloaded simultaneously.

Then—

The Earth itself roared.

From the coalition fleets surrounding the island, soldiers watched in horror as the entire ocean erupted upward in colossal pillars of fire and steam. Shockwaves shattered clouds across the sky while massive sections of Hope Island collapsed inward upon themselves.

The island was imploding.

Warships struggled against giant waves as the sea consumed burning debris and collapsing structures.

Within minutes—

Hope Island disappeared beneath the ocean.

Gone.

Erased from the world.

Humanity celebrated too early.

Inside underground oceans far beyond their reach, Dilli moved silently through the glowing CosOcean tunnels toward Dwarka while entire sections behind him collapsed one after another.

Massive explosions sealed the routes permanently beneath kilometers of rock and sea.

No one would ever trace the path.

No one would find Dwarka.

Not yet.

As the final tunnel behind them collapsed into darkness, Betal looked toward Dilli.

"What now?"

Dilli remained silent for several moments while the glowing underwater city slowly emerged ahead in the distance like a submerged heaven.

Then, for the first time since leaving Hope Island—

He smiled faintly.

"We retreat today…"

The golden domes of Dwarka illuminated his face.

"But the age to reveal our true power…"

His eyes reflected the vast hidden city beneath the ocean.

"…is coming."
