The sea brimmed with chaos, pirates swung their firearms, cutlass and swords into the air after reviewing the letter about the upcoming pirate fiesta.
The sudden declaration shook the Grand Line waters whereas the rookies were stunned, eager to decipher what kind of treasure the pirate king had left behind.
In an unknown island stationed at Paradise, a certain pirate rumoured to be the sworn brother of red hair, Shanks, sat in his throne aiding his face with his arms.
It was Buggy the Clown.
Buggy ate the Bara Bara no MI, a paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows him to split his body into multiple pieces and reassemble them at will. This power also makes him immune to slashing attacks.
With the exception of his feet, Buggy can make his disassembled body parts levitate and control them telekinetically which made him invisible all through the East Blue and now in the Grand Line.
Buggy is an average-sized man with an appearance resembling that of a clown, as to mirror his epithet. He has a big red nose and long blue hair with gray eyes.
With his top executives serving under him, Mohji the Beast Tamer, is a pirate and a first mate of the Buggy pirates usually accompanied by his pet lion, Richie. Followed by Cabaji the Acrobat. He is the Buggy pirates chief of staff, an acrobat and a swordsman.
"Buggy-sama!" Cabiji exclaimed, running out of breath.
"Hm? Cabaji?" Buggy snorted, "why the hell are you sweating profusely and what's getting you squawking like a chicken?" Buggy sweat dropped, his mind getting swamped by intrusive thoughts.
Cabaji crouched down on his knees as he tried to catch his breath. "Buggy-sama, you won't believe this!" He outstretched his hand grasping a firm hold of the letter.
Buggy raised an eyebrow, "what's with this piece of shit? Let's see!" He snatched the paper away from his subordinates grasp and opened it publicly for his crewmates to also see.
Buggy–no, the crew exclaimed in perfect unison as they read through the letter. "Buggy-sama?!"
One of his crewmates snorted gazing at his captain who was perfectly astonished and dumbfounded.
"The pirate king's treasure?" Buggy crashed himself into the wall, "a pirate festival?" Buggy pondered for a second. "Let's get ready guys! Buggy-sama will claim the treasure map and dominate exceedingly!"
"Captain Buggy-sama!!"
His crewmates exclaimed in unison, waving their firearms into the atmosphere.
Mohji chimed in, "a pirate festival for every pirate present at the Grand Line, huh? Captain, don't you think he'll show up?"
Silence looms in the atmosphere. "Who's he?" Buggy questioned.
"Mugiwara and pirate hunter, Roronoa Zoro!" Mohji uttered in a low tone compelling their captain to reminisce what'd transpired in the East Blue after getting his ass whooped by Luffy.
"That bastard!!!" Buggy raged, "I'll kill him this time as well as Nami!"
"That's our captain Buggy-sama!"
"Get the ship ready, let's set sail to the pirate festival now, guys!" Buggy hoisted his hat from his recliner as he made his way into his ship, his top executives trailing behind him.

{An island in the Grand Line}
Nami exclaimed as he stumbled backwards crashing into the deck on her butt. "A pirate festival?" She says!
The Straw Hats pirates swarmed in the vicinity of their navigator as they stared at the invitation letter. Luffy, the captain of the crew, could only smile as he began to drool, "they'll be lots of meat right?"
"I hope they've got some rich quality booze." Zoro laughed, clutching his three swords together.
"Pirate festival? Nami, are you sure this isn't a scheme by the marines to lure us out?" Usopp uttered, "a treasure left behind by the pirate king? I doubt that!"
Sanji ignited his cigarette, "I don't think it's a scam. I mean.. there'll be hundreds of pirates present at the island right? And also, Nami-san, they'll be treasure chests and treasure maps!"
She ceased her whining and sobbing the moment her ears inadvertently caught Sanji's remark. "Sanji, did you just say… treasure chests and maps?" Her eyes glowed majestically.
"Nami, I hope you go to hell." Usopp whispered in a low tone.
Zoro ceased his training for a second. "Hey Nami, didn't you just say it'll be a waste to attend the pirate festival? How'd you switch up after hearing they'll treasure chests present at the festival?" Zoro couldn't believe his eyes anymore.
Bam!
Despite Zoro, Luffy and Sanji's overwhelming prowess, Nami struck Zoro's head into the ground with her bare fist compelling the latter to pass out for a brief extent. "When did I say that? That'll cost you 20 thousand bellies and that goes for all of you!"
"Are you a devil in disguise?" Usopp swallowed as he sweat dropped.
Nami's rage engulfed her whole body before revising her gaze towards Usopp, the ship's sniper. "Did you say something just now, Usopp?"
"No, I didn't." Usopp crossed his hands.
"Then, let's get to the pirate festival right away!" Nami pumped her fist, his grin never fading away from her lips as she was desperate to claim all the treasure chest to herself while scramming any battle to the muscle head trio.
"I'm so excited," a wide reassuring smile crept on Luffy's lips as he leaped upwards with a handful of meat.
Hundreds of pirates partaking in the pirates fiesta event were all desperate to triumph over every other pirate in order to claim whatever treasure the pirate king had left behind.
Unfortunately, this was all part of Vane's plan to execute a believable lie in order to attract a lot of pirates and claim their heads and bounties.
Of course, he knew it won't be as easy as he'd planned it since there's also a few tougher rookies from the east, west, south and north blue lurking through the first half of paradise.
After all, he wasn't wary of any pirates since he'd fought a lot of pirates and experienced a lot in the New World which was way more dangerous than the paradise, the first half of the Grand Line..
Also, with his devil fruit he'd trained for years including the mastery of Observation Haki and Armament Haki, he was confident to best any pirate including those from the North blue since it was said to be the strongest and even Gojo from the East who'd caused chaos on Impel Down which no one has ever done since Golden Lion Shiki.
Given his observation haki, he'd probably watched Gojo who was lounging in the threshold of Crownfall city and hadn't gotten a clue about his mysterious devil fruit which the marines couldn't unravel after all these while.
And so, the day of the pirate fiesta drew closer as the pirates versatile throughout the Grand Line sailed towards Gravitas Island in order to get into the upper yard where the event will be displayed.
"The pirates will be here any time soon. Let's get to work!" Vane uttered, his guards trailing behind him as they declined themselves from the castle to meet up with Foolio who was doing a better job for the upcoming event tomorrow.
"How's the preparation going?" Vane asked, taking a better glimpse at the stage.
"It's going smoothly, Vane-sama. I hope everything goes well for you tomorrow." Foolio interjected, his body drenched in sweat from the relentless tough grind..
The slaves wrought relentlessly unknowingly there will be a huge event to display at the stage in the next 24 hours. This event also includes auctioning of slaves to the pirates whereas Vane had planned everything in his power to make it seem realistic to every participant.
Boom! Boom!!
A hail of cannonballs was heard throughout Gravitas Island as the pirates closed in from multiple directions, igniting their cannons toward the distant horizon to herald their arrival on the island for this very occasion, during which they were free to rampage to their hearts' content.
"The whole of Gravitas Island is about to become the lion's den!" Hiro smirked.
"Don't tell me.. the pirates are within Gravitas radar?" Foolio swallowed, unable to feel his legs anymore as he crashed into the floor.
"Don't worry, Foolio," Vane reassured him, "it's going to be alright. You've done a brilliant job for me so I'll make sure to ensure your safety and secure your whereabouts."
"Now, get the hell up and find a decent place to hide your identity because you'll be tasked with a job and you're the one who could pull it off." Jimmy chuckled, assisting the man who'd peeped his pants.
"O-Okay, I'll take my leave now. See you tomorrow!" Foolio encouraged himself, knowing too well he could pull off the job he'll be tasked with.
"I'll have both of you to go welcome the pirates right away," Vane ordered, "I'll be off now." He flashed-step, compelling his silhouette to fade away in seconds, hoisting the dust to hover mid-air for an extent of time.
…
"What do you think it is?" Gojo asked his crewmates with a smirk, realising the pirates who were invited for the fiesta were already on the island's radar.
"Yeah," Jake slid a cigarette strapped around his torso into his lips. "The beasts are here!"
"Scary scary." Ryuken said, "I think we should start getting prepared to deploy into the upper yard. I don't think those bastards would have the patience to wait till the event commences."
"I totally agree with you. I'll say the event has already kicked off since the pirates are already out there sinking each other to the depths of the sea." Gojo slid on his blindfold.
"There's going to be a lot of bloodshed!"
"That's the whole point of it in order to witness the fun in the event. Without the marines, we're free to do whatever we wish for."
Gojo cracked his fist while Jake reloaded his pistol. "Let's go have some fun!!!"
