"Ning Wei."
Ai Lun's voice finally made Ning Wei raise her head.
"Are you…" Ai Lun paused as he gave Ning Wei a look over. "Are you doing alright?"
Ning Wei swallowed. Her heartbeat accelerated when she saw the concern in Ai Lun's eyes. When she saw the boys again, she was ready to face their anger. But now, the anger she expected to see did not appear.
"We were worried about you," Ai Lun continued.
"That's right." Wu Lian Jie nodded. He turned to Fu Ming Shi and frowned. "We wanted to see you earlier, but Brother Fu would not let us." He did not hide his unhappiness
Fu Ming Shi clicked his tongue. "Do you know how dangerous it is for everyone if I allow you to meet? The reporters were trailing you guys, hoping to see Ning Wei." He looked at each of the boys. "The company especially asked Ning Wei to stay away from the public before the press conference."
"Brother Fu, don't be angry," Ai Lun said helplessly. "We were all so worried for Ning Wei. You didn't tell us anything."
