Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash and I travelled by foot away from the public's eye.
We arrive at the Katmus building then Robin uses his grabbling gun to pull himself to the top of the building entering through an open window.
Kid Flash uses his super speed to run across the walls of the Katmus building and jumps through the window.
Aqualad uses his water manipulation abilities which make the tattoos on his arms to glow and rides on a small platform into the building.
I simply fly through the window at a speed hard to to be perceived by the normal human eye.
Inside the Katmus building was abandoned but organized to some extent meaning that it had already been swept through.
Robin goes all detective mode as we follow his lead.
A few minutes pass and we come upon an elevator.
Aqualad parries open the elevator door with his bare hands.
Behind the elevator door was a it's pathway that lead to an unknown depth.
Of course I already knew where it lead since I had already watched this scene playout in my previous life.
"According to what Katmus usually lets on, we are on the base floor," Robin speaks.
"This pathway leads way down, there is definitely something fishy going on in Katmus," Kid Flash utters.
Robin fires his grabbling gun at the top of the elevator pathway and lowers himself into the somewhat dark pathway.
Using X-ray vision, I follow his movement down the dark pathway until he comes to a stop.
"Am at the end of my rope," Robin says then swings himself onto the side of the elevator pathway stepping on barely enough ground.
Kid Flash and Aqualad follow Robin down the elevator pathway using the now stretched rope from Robin's grabbling gun.
I on the other hand float down the elevator pathway to their level.
"Flying feels like cheating," Kid Flash complains.
"Says the one with super speed," Robin retorts.
Aqualad interrupts the two, "Hush you two, focus on the mission."
Robin hacks a door on the side of the elevator pathway open and we all move into a huge pathway.
The walls of the huge pathway were reddish brown and they split the further one looked.
"Well time to get to work," Kid Flash ever the fast one dashes into the huge pathway to investigate more on Katmus.
As Kid Flash had just started to dash through the huge pathway, a large limb from a huge four-limbed creature appears of him and crashes into it.
The rebound force from the crush causes him to fall backwards.
Everyone else immediately gets into a fighting stance but the creature treats us like air and continues on it's journey.
Confused Kid Flash asks in a panicked tone, "What the hell is that thing?"
Robin answered him, "We don't know but maybe if I can hack their system I can get information about it and it's purpose."
"Fine we'll follow your lead," Kid Flash says.
Robin turns to me and asks, "You have the same powers as superman right?"
"More or less," I reply.
"Then direct us were to go with your X-ray vision," Robin speaks.
"I would if the walls were not covered in lead," Respond after trying to use my X-ray vision on the walls.
"Then we use our instincts," Aqualad spoke
We move through several pathways while making sure that we are hidden and end up in an information center.
Robin pulls out his gadgets and plugs then into the Katmus systems then starts hacking.
"Katmus is working on genetic cloning." Robin states after taking a look at his gadgets.
"This is definitely a villainous scheme," Kid Flash states.
I look at him and ask, "How is genetic cloning villainous?"
"Isn't approved by the government," Kid Flash replies.
Robin interrupts, "Looks like Katmus has some big project that they have been working on for years called 'Project Katmus'. "
"Let's check it out, " I suggest knowing full well that Project Katmus was the soon to be known Superboy."
"Normally, we would have to report back to this juncture but lets get all the information at once," Aqualad states.
At that moment, I hear a set of footsteps heading for us using my super hearing.
I inform the rest about my discovery and we decide to rush to the location of Project Katmus.
Kid Flash grabs Robin who then in turn jumps onto his back using his acrobatic skills and points him in the direction to go.
Kid Flash then dashes away with Robin on his back using his super speed powers.
I grab Aqualad by the had and fly after Kid Flash using both super speed and flight.
After a few seconds, we encounter a wide circular metallic door.
Robin quickly gets to work and hacks the door open.
We rush inside and Robin relocks the door.
On the other side of the door, there was a transparent tube connected with a few wires at the center of the room.
The tube was big enough to fit a human being.
We all look at the transparent tube which is also covered in mist.
I use my X-ray vision and I see Project Katmus which is a half Kryptonian lying inside a tube.
Above the half kryptonian, I spot three genomorphs that resemble tailless monkeys with small horns.
