A week had passed.
Garion was now sitting at the edge of the bed, stretching his arms once before rolling his shoulders slowly.
Behind him, Rachel leaned slightly against the headboard, watching him in silence.
Her eyes traced his movements, and a small, satisfied smirk formed on her lips. "Garion…"
Garion glanced back at her, relaxed. "Yeah?"
Rachel tilted her head, her expression amused but soft. "You really did train properly, didn't you…? To think you can actually keep up with me for a whole week…"
She pushed herself up a little, her cheeks faintly flushed. "…and you don't even look tired at all."
Garion smirked, turning his body slightly toward her. "Of course. I told you, didn't I? I've been training for this moment."
Rachel crossed her arms, but the smile on her face only grew. "Clearly."
Garion let out a quiet breath, then turned fully to face her.
His gaze softened for a moment before he spoke again. "Alright… now that I've satisfied you…"
