The protagonist of this work and a Reincarnated Person from modern Japan. Distinguished by her near-white platinum blonde hair.
The biological daughter of the legendary pirate Shiki the Golden Lion, and their parent-child relationship is fairly good.
Though she holds various titles and positions, she considers her true profession to be that of a writer. Known as the "Pirate Literary Master," she has countless fans across the world who transcend social standing. However, precisely because of this, the World Government regards her with caution as someone who "could become an Instigator who moves the world with words."
Fundamentally kind and caring, with a good-natured personality. She has a wide circle of friends and is well-liked. However, she shows no mercy to those who oppose her, and absolutely will not forgive anyone who interferes with her writing or tries to force her to write against her will.
Additionally, even when encountering absurd and extraordinary situations, even if she suffers for it, she possesses the shrewdness and thick skin to brush it off as "good Experience Material" and enjoy it.

Sue's "daughter" and "eldest daughter." Distinguished by her black hair (slightly tinged with purple) tied back behind her head, her fierce upturned eyes, and her distinctive old-man manner of speech. Her first-person pronoun is "washi."
They met on Poison Island, located on the Grand Line, and after parting with the elderly people she had been living with on that island, she came to travel with Sue as her daughter.
Originally a lazy slacker by nature, she had been living a self-indulgent life, taking advantage of the island's elderly residents being good to her (because they saw in her the image of the children and grandchildren they'd left behind in their homeland). However, after learning the truth about how those elderly people were suffering from poison, she made a complete turnaround and became a hardworking, devoted daughter.
That quality remains unchanged today. She possesses her own personal Sky Island within Merveille's airspace, where she single-handedly manages a vast farm to great success, with her harvests occupying a considerable portion of Merveille's food stores. On top of that, she pursues further research to improve yield and quality entirely as a hobby.
She also has something of a strict class-president type personality (perhaps partly because she gained two handful younger sisters), and among the sisters she serves as the straight man, frequently scolding the aforementioned Alice for her uninhibited behavior. She also tends to blush and panic when topics venture into... that sort of territory.
In combat, she primarily uses dual-sword swordsmanship and tends not to use her aforementioned Powers much.
As a Logia Mud-Mud Fruit Ability User, she is a Mud Human who can freely transform her body into mud. She can manipulate the mud she generates to restrain enemies or create various things. Additionally, the mud she produces can have its composition and moisture content adjusted to a certain degree at will, making it possible to create fertile mud suited for crop growth, which she also puts to use in her farming.
Her true name is Kurozumi Suzu, and she appears to be from Wano Country, but since the person who raised her passed away before telling her the full details of her birth and circumstances, much remains shrouded in mystery.

Sue's daughter and "second daughter." Distinguished by her somewhat boyish speech and her gray long hair tied up in a ponytail. Her first-person pronoun is "atashi."
She suddenly fell from the sky in front of Sue, who was visiting the ruins of the Shipbuilding Town "Elena," and ended up being taken under Sue's care, eventually becoming her daughter. From that point until very recently, she had lost her memories and couldn't remember anything about herself other than her name.
Originally from the Shandia, the Guerrilla warriors of Sky Island Skypiea, she is a girl who was saved by Sue in the past. She is also Aisa's adoptive older sister. For reasons described later, she could no longer remain in her homeland, and after a battle she fell from the Sky Island, but that misfortune led to her meeting with Sue.
During the period of the original Sky Island Arc, she recovered her memories and threw herself into battle alongside Sue against Enel, contributing to the recapture of Skypiea. Using that achievement as a turning point, she bid farewell to her homeland and formally returned with Sue to Merveille to live there.
For better or worse, she is pure-hearted and doesn't think too deeply about things. She has an affable, good-natured disposition and can become friends with anyone quickly. She also excels at connecting with animals even more than with people, and has befriended most of the animals on Merveille that possess a certain level of intelligence.
As an Ability User of the Zoan-type Mythical Zoan Cat-Cat Fruit Model: Nemean Lion, she possesses a steel body that no weapon can harm, and in terms of Powers alone, she is said to have the toughest defense among all Zoan-types. However, she is unable to control this overwhelming power, and when they first met, using her Powers would cause her to lose her reason and do nothing but rampage.
Incidentally, one of her forms, the Hybrid Form, initially looked like a humanoid lion when they first met, but the no-good younger sister talked her into changing it with sweet words, transforming it into something more like a "cat-eared cosplay beast-girl." However, since Sue said it was cute, the person herself apparently has no problem with it.

When Sue's group happened to stop at a certain Non-Affiliated Nation, Alice was about to be carried off by a gang, and the connection formed from being rescued led them to become acquainted. After various twists and turns, she ended up traveling with Sue.
She seems bright, cheerful, and friendly, but she is also a schemer whose mind simultaneously works with calculated thinking.
Additionally, due to her original living environment, her mentality and values are deeply rooted in "survival of the fittest." As such, while she is selective about her methods, among the Three Sisters she has the least resistance to annihilating enemies or crushing and dominating them by force, and when push comes to shove, she will not hesitate to employ ruthless measures.
Regardless of blood ties, her feelings of love and care for her family run deep and vast, and she will not forgive anyone who harms them... however, this tends to go too far, leading to the problems described below.
Having eaten the Paramecia Reva-Reva Fruit, she is a Reversal Human who can reverse anything. She can reverse the direction of an opponent's attack to reflect it, reverse someone's blood flow to kill them from shock, and boasts an astoundingly wide range of applications such as "reversing her sex to become male" or "reversing gravity to float." Her versatility is tremendous.
Whether it's due to the influence of her Powers or an innate disposition remains unclear, but sexually she "swings both ways." Despite Sue being her mother, she openly declares that she has her sights set on Sue and her two older sisters, and even on the battlefield she's a problem child who will seize any opening to capture and take home any enemies she fancies.
In a sense, she has been described by Shiki and Sue as the most "pirate-like" personality among the Three Sisters, being the most faithful to her desires. Shiki in particular treats her as a "favorite," placing high expectations on her and apparently teaching her all sorts of things.

Distinguished by her light purple long hair, her small and youthful-looking cute appearance, and her "nano desu" speech pattern. Age 38.
While she may give a somewhat quiet and reserved impression, her personality is actually rather easygoing and she talks plenty. She also has a slightly scheming, calculating side, such as using her youthful appearance to tease others.
Long ago, she was kept on a certain pirate ship where she was treated little better than a slave, but she escaped. Using her aforementioned Powers, she concealed her dwelling by blanketing the surrounding sea in mist, hiding from external threats while occasionally raiding ships (mainly pirate ships) that passed through the area to obtain supplies and survive.
As a Logia Mist-Mist Fruit Ability User, she is a Mist Human who can transform her body into mist and freely manipulate it. The mist she controls doesn't merely obstruct vision; it also has the effect of bewildering and disorienting opponents, and she can completely perceive the entire space enveloped in her mist. However, since it is mist, the Powers themselves have virtually no offensive capability. Her combat method is long-range sniping, primarily using her spatial awareness ability to take out targets with a single shot from outside their field of vision.
Incidentally, the fact that her appearance hasn't changed at all in over 20 years is apparently not due to her Powers but simply her natural constitution.

True to her appearance, she has a bright and bold personality, is caring toward her companions and younger charges, and has a big-sisterly nature. She has a strong sense of responsibility, and due to her background described below, she is accustomed to leading and managing groups.
Originally from the Slum of a certain Non-Affiliated Nation, she served as the leader of a Group of orphans there, but she ended up being pursued by local power figures. The entire Group took to the sea. After various twists and turns, they became pirates and were pursued once again, and she was captured after acting as a decoy to let her companions escape.
Cooking is both her hobby and specialty. Back when she was with the aforementioned orphan Group, she used to cook meals for the children under the open sky of her homeland (a Winter Island), and that apparently became the origin of her epithet.
She does not possess Devil Fruit Powers, but her weapon is the pure power and toughness generated by her blessed physique. She primarily fights by swinging blunt weapons or hurling large pieces of rubble.
After the Impel Down Prison Break, she followed Sue and joined the Golden Lion Pirates, becoming a close aide to Sue upon her appointment as the New Admiral. At that time, she was also able to reunite and regroup with the younger members of her Group who had been separated from her before her imprisonment, and they joined together as her subordinates.
