Xia Daozi's face was grim as he hurried toward the sleeping quarters of the Grand Empress Dowager.
Before he realized it, he had already arrived.
Outside the quarters, there was a row of eunuchs patrolling. Standing at the door was Wei Jin, the Chief Eunuch of the harem.
