Right now, they're not so afraid of zombies since half of the team consists of superpower users and the rest are regular people. The superpower users have better physical abilities compared to the average person, and these regular people have been specially trained by the Yin Family, so their physical fitness is superior.
Yin Yang intentionally instructs them to hide their superpowers and not use them since their abilities are currently too low-level to deal with these zombies.
After clearing out the zombies on the first floor, some zombies start to slowly come down from the second-floor stairway. The electrical appliances aren't working, so the elevator is unavailable; they can only use the stairs. The hospital has a total of eight spacious floors, just a single building.
