"My phone's about to die. Let's go out for a walk; playing on the phone for too long isn't good for the eyes," Yin Yang said helplessly, knowing full well his wife had been playing for quite a while already.
"Got it," Xu Mumu finally put down her phone after checking the time—it had been almost two hours without her realizing.
Once she put down her phone, Yin Yang took Xu Mumu out for a stroll in the backyard.
There, Madam Chun was giving two dogs a bath, while a little fox lay lazily on a stone, sunbathing and looking utterly relaxed.
As soon as the little fox saw Xu Mumu approaching, it lightly leaped onto her shoulder.
The little fox had been at home for over half a year; its injuries had long healed, and it had grown a lot.
Xu Mumu raised her hand to stroke the little fox's fur, which was incredibly soft and regularly groomed by Madam Chun, feeling extremely smooth.
"It's gained quite a bit of weight," Xu Mumu remarked.
