In times of peace, the ocean is a taboo for some people. It's often said that people rely on mountains to eat from mountains, and rely on the sea to eat from the sea. But water and fire are ruthless, and when natural disasters occur, human life becomes insignificant.
Every year, countless people are buried in the ocean's depths.
In peaceful times, it's already like this; let alone in today's apocalypse. The ocean contains more life forms than the land. It's hard to imagine what a mutated whale, originally tens of meters long, would look like.
Luckily, they can only dominate in the ocean, and the ocean is vast, with an abundance of food making it difficult for mutated monsters to go hungry. But there are always exceptions. Most fish can't come ashore, but some creatures that can occasionally include humans in their meals.
The existence of the White Dragon is almost certain.
