The man murmured in a seemingly casual tone, yet his eyes shone with an almost mad intensity...
Cecilia Vaughn saw Adrian Law staring at her like a hawk eyeing its prey, and goosebumps immediately rose on her skin.
Thinking that there was no way to avoid it anyway, she decided not to hide and instead faced the man's agile figure head-on, grabbing Adrian Law's tie in the process while he looked at her with surprise.
"You think I'm beautiful? Well, I think you're very handsome too..."

Adrian Law obviously didn't expect Cecilia Vaughn to suddenly take control. He curved his lips into a slight smile.
