Cecilia Vaughn's almond eyes glanced around, lifting her chin, she stared at Adrian Law with a bit of arrogance.
"I have an appointment, suit yourself."
Today was supposed to be a day to enjoy a warm time out with Adrian Law, but seeing it's about to be spent indoors, she'd rather go out with Mona Summers!
Adrian Law looked at Cecilia Vaughn helplessly yet indulgently, knowing this little girl was truly a bit upset.
"Alright, alright, as long as you have fun, remember to come home early and call me when you're done."
The man paused, his narrow and deep phoenix eyes intensely fixed on Cecilia Vaughn.
"Cecilia, do you still have the strength to get out of bed? Do you want me to carry you to the ensuite to wash up?"
