Cecilia Vaughn slightly tilted her head, staring intently at Adrian Law.
"Adrian, should we go to the Temple of the Matchmaker to pray for blessings, okay?"
Adrian Law originally wanted to say it was getting a bit late today, mainly because Cecilia seemed both mentally and physically exhausted, and he preferred that she got some rest.
As for places like the Temple of the Matchmaker, to Adrian Law, they were simply superstitions—believe them and they exist, disbelieve them and they don't, just a lovely vision in people's hearts.

Adrian was about to speak, but the girl's eyes sparkled with such a sincere expression that he couldn't refuse no matter what.
He helplessly ruffled Cecilia's hair, his smile unwittingly filled with doting affection.
"Alright, Cecilia, you lead the way. Is it far? Should I use the GPS?"
As Adrian spoke, he took off his jacket and draped it over Cecilia.
