"The police are taking Nancy Shea's case very seriously. After thorough investigations and inquiries, a piece of information has surfaced."
Landon Ford flipped through the progress report on the matter, dictating it to Thea Shaw as he went.
Don't ask how he got it; just chalk it up to the Ford Family's capabilities.
"All the residents of Nancy Shea's former village have been tracked down except for the deceased; most have left some trace, except for one person who couldn't be traced at all."
Thea Shaw immediately sensed this was a key point and asked urgently, "Who? Could it really be Alex Sherman?"
"It's hard to say." Landon Ford gave an ambiguous answer: "This person's name is Leonard Wallace. He was well-known in the village. His father was imprisoned for murder when he was young, and his mother died in childbirth. He was an orphan, raised on the village's charity."
