"Bell Cranel" The person Orion has been looking for and been searching for. He regularly did patrols around Orario for him. Using his kryptonian powers to listen and look for him as he flew through the sky. The only time he didn't do his usual patrols was when he needed to hunt and kill creatures in the dungeon.
Currently it has been about a half a month since his arrival in Orario. Making it around the time Bell Cranel is supposed to be arriving. After setting up the base on the 18th level of the dungeon. He immediately went back up to the surface. Where he continued his patrols and let his sons do the rest of the work.
His reason and goal in finding Bell? To have a scapegoat and sacrifice to take care of Freya. A big nuisance that would interrupt or out right use her powers on him. Orion fears what her powers would do to him. His mind and heart set on Hephestus and no one else.
As he was searching for Bell he saw two people with hair one being Bell the other. Was someone he was happy to find a bell. "She found him. Now the rest is up to you Freya." He dropped down into a nearby alley making sure to scan the area and stay hidden from Freya's fan boys. Cloaked in invisibility thanks to his armor he just sits down and listens to the conversation they are having.
"Now let's see how it is going." Orion closes his eyes and starts listening into the conversation.
Bells Pov:
A little while ago I just came to Orario. The place I heard about from grandpa. It was amazing. During my travels I heard rumors that a Level 10 adventure appeared. A person that was even stronger than the heroes and people grandpa told me about. That person was here in Orario.
After walking around the city I found out that "I am so lost aren't I?" I became lost. Unlike the small villages Orario is so big. It is my first time being in a place with so many places to see. So I may have wondered a bit too much.
After looking around I saw a group of adventurers. Walking up to them I asked. "Hello there, I am Bell Cranel. I am a bit lost. Can one of you point me towards the guild please?"
A girl from the group answered. "Yeah sure just go down this street till you see a place called the hostess of fertility. From there you want to take one right and from there you should see the guild main building. Hard to miss it. If you still don't know what to look for. Ask people nearby they should point you right to it."
After getting directions I bowed. "Thank you for the directions." With a smile I continued on my way and followed the girls directions. Following the road I see a sign on a couple of buildings. None of them say "Hostess of fertility." So I continue on and finally see a building with the sign. Walking up to it I was about to take a right but then.
I was grabbed on my left arm by a beautiful girl. "Hi I am syr please come into the hostess of fertility try our wonderful food and drinks!"
Surprised by the sudden grab, I could only stutter out words. "What? Wha? I wait I." The Syr girl then proceeded to bring me into the Hostess of fertility and I sat down at the counter. Having the last couple of seconds move through my head. I didn't realize that there was a woman already in front of me.
"So kid what will you be having?" That took me out of my shocked stupor. Looking up I see a tall and muscular woman. "Hi I am Bell. I was uh kinda dragged into here so I don't know what this place is. What is this place?" This is my first time getting dragged somewhere new by a pretty girl.
Grandpa always said if this happens to me I should go with the flow. If I saw other boys with me or surrounding me he said I should run like the wind.
Looking around I don't see any boys or men surrounding me so I relax and look at the board handed to me by the woman. "Nice to meet you Kid, the names Mia. People that come here call me mama mia. If you're going to be a regular you call me that too, ok kid?"
So that is her name? I wonder what's the name of the girl that dragged me in here. "Ok thank you mama mia. Um, what is this board you handed me?" Looking closer at the board I realized it had the names of food on it. Mama Mia crossed her arms and chuckled at me. "What? You never seen a menu before? That has the names of all we sell here at the hostess."
I give a slightly nervous chuckle before telling her. "No not really, at least they don't give out boards with the menu. This is my first time in a big city. Village inns usually have one board that has the menu on it. This is my first time seeing boards with the menu being given out."
I look down at the menu not really knowing all the names. Most of them are new foods I want to try out. Then I look at the prices.
"10 SILVER!" I flinched before covering my mouth from screaming. Looking around I saw some people laughing as they looked at me.
After lowering my head in embarrassment I looked at what other things on the menu I could get. Before I looked at the other side that had cheaper options. "I will have the lamb chops and mashed potatoes please."
Mama Mia smiled and turned around to go into the kitchen. "Ask the girls if you want something to drink." I looked around and the girl that grabbed me was coming up to the counter.
"Hi i am syr what would you like to drink?" I smile slightly before replying. "Water please also aren't you the person that dragged me in here?" She just giggled and replied with a mischievous tone. "Maybe." She turned around and went to grab a mug and went to the back. "One mug of water coming right up."
She disappeared into the back. After a few minutes of waiting I see mama mia coming with my food. "Here is your order, kid , 10 lamb chops with a bowl of mashed potato." She placed it in front of me.
"Thank you mama mia. How much was it again?" She grinned and opened her hand. "5 silver."
I grimaced and handed 5 silver from my coin pouch. I then handed it over to her and she took it with a smile and told me. "Thanks for being a paying customer." I went ahead and dug in. The food was amazing. The food in the villages couldn't compare. New flavors and tastes entered my mouth.
Looking at the rest of the food I couldn't help but feel the 5 silver was worth it.
"Here is your drink." A cheerful Syr placed a full mug of water in front of him.
3rd person Pov:
Bell couldn't have known it, but this was the point that he was about to fall into the clutches of a very crazy goddess. What made this event a certainty is that Orion was not going to lose a chance to keep this crazy woman in check.
A few minutes earlier.
Orion who was in the alley was listening in to the whole conversation from beginning to end.
He now just waited for Syr, who was just Freya in disguise, to come to the alley to get bell his water.
Opening the door Syr stepped out and was walking down the stairs. Orion covered by the door opening was still behind it. As soon as the door closed you could see Orion standing red glowing eye lenses. Making him all the more intimidating. Syr filled a mug of water without realizing that Orion was standing right behind her beyond the small staircase she just walked down.
"So you found him a good job." Orion's deep voice came from behind her. Causing Freya to get startled. She looked behind her only to see the hulking figure of Orion.
Seeing their goddess startled the little fan boy's wanted to jump Orion. However, all of them knew that wouldn't accomplish anything. "Orion, what an unexpected surprise. What brings you here?" Orion chuckled and looked at where the bell was sitting. "To make sure you don't screw up and make that boy fall in love with someone else."
Hearing this Freya was curious on what could be his main objective in trying to help her. "Why are you trying to help me, Orion?" Orion looked back at her. "Because I need a guarantee that you will not cause trouble for me and my goals for this world. If you find your Odr you will do anything to get them. One of those things will be causing problems in my plan to conquer this world. Now tell me, is this boy the one you would consider your Odr?"
Freya was surprised. "You wish to conquer the world?"
"Stop dodging the questions and answer me Freya, will you take this white wolf as your Odr?" Orion, impatient in his tone, asked again.
Freya then looks through her soul vision, staring at the pure white soul Bell said. "I am not sure. He is unlike any I have seen but I still don't know for sure."
Orion went ahead and told her while rising into the air. "Make your choice soon, Freya because soon he will fall in love with someone else. So make your choice soon or else you will lose your chance forever. I doubt you will find another like him."
With that Orion flew away and soared into the sky. His invisibility cloak kept him hidden from anyone's eyes if they were not a god.
Back with Freya she decided to start now then later. She wanted to test and see if this Bell was what Orion said he was. The man who will become her Odr. Little did she know Orion was still watching from above and listening to see how it goes.
Freya went back inside and saw Bell happily eating away at the food. She walked up to him and placed down the mug of water in front of him.
"Here is your drink." With a cheerful smile she gives him his drink.
"Thank you miss syr." Grabbing the mug and drinking it. Bell was starting to enjoy his time here. He couldn't lie, everything was so new and amazing. Beautiful women and girls like his weird grandpa said and more. New food and all of them look amazing and taste better than what they served in the villages.
He was living in heaven. After finishing his food he was getting up to leave. "Thank you for the food!" He yelled out to mama mia before walking out of the hostess. Inside Freya returned to her original body giving back control to the original owner. As soon as the horn takes over she begins to act like Syr.
Once Bell leaves the hostess. Orion hovers far above like an omni man looking at Mark. "Annoying. Just so annoying. Welp looks like i need to find a way to get Project cupid under way. So I can keep the crazy woman at bay." Orion then flew away to head to the entrance of the dungeon to go back down. He needed to check a few things before focusing on Hestia and the other gods.
Back with Bell he just got in front of the guild. Heading inside he saw a line for people wanting to become adventures. Joining the line he then had to wait 10 mins. Hearing interesting conversations while he waited.
A random newbie adventure. "Hey did you hear? The Hestia familia set up a base on the 18 safe zone. An actual base made of stone and marble. Hard to believe it."
A veteran adventurer joined in the talk. "Yeah, I went down there a day ago and the thing was huge. Can't believe so much is changing. You now have to go deeper if you want to even get money. The dungeon is spawning less and less monster drops on the top floors. There are still a lot of monsters for leveling up but not enough materials to live off of."
Another newbie adventurer asked the vet. "How was the base? What did you do there?"
The veteran looked at them with an awed expression. "To be honest it was amazing. Look like something the gods would have made. They got expert craftsmen to work on it, not only that but the people they got to guard it are giants. They got these massive hulking metal golems to guard the place. Not only that they move and talk. Ask one of the Hestia members. Got told they are called dreadnaughts. Things were double the size of the king himself. Not only that made me look like an ant."
Bell was curious but decided to focus on getting his adventure licence first. "NEXT!"
Coming up to the desk he came face to face with Sophie, an elf. Moving closer to the counter bell gave a wave.
"Hi, I am Bell Cranel. I want to sign up as an adventure." Bell smiles and gives off the look of an innocent newbie.
Sophie gives a piece of paper with ink and quill. "Please fill out these boxes with your information. Do you know how to read and write?"
Bell answered. "My Grandpa taught me how to read and write so I will answer the best I can."
Handing over to bell the paper. Bell begins writing basic information. His birth, where he came from and his full name. After writing everything down Bell handed the paper back to Sophie. "That should be everything." Bell could hold the excitement in his voice back.
"Okay Mr.Bell please come back to the guild after joining a familia to get your adventure ID. Would you like to have an adviser to help you with this process?" Sophie in a professional and monotone voice asked Bell.
"What is an adviser?" Bell asked?
"An adviser is a person to help you with any question you may have. To also help you become an adventure through finding a familia." Sophie pulled out a list of guild members that could be his adviser.
"Here is a list of guild members that can be your adviser." Bell looked at the list then back at her. "Why can't you be my adviser since you're right here?"
"Because I refuse to be your adviser." Sophie said without mercy. Pointing back to the list. "Please go have a seat and look through the list and pick your adviser. Go to Eina Tulle once you find a person you would want to become your adviser."
After a while looking through the list and what to expect. Bell came to a choice, Eine tulle. After making his choice he went to Eine Tulle.
"Hi miss Eine I wanted to ask if you could become my adviser." Bell walked up to the guild receptionist.
Eine looked at Bell "Are you on a new adventure?"
"Yes, Bell Cranel. I was told to come to you to ask about someone becoming my adviser. I decided to ask you to become my adviser."
"Understood would you like to get a list of familia and their locations? This will allow you to go to them and ask their gods or familia captain if you could join their familia." Eine took a long scroll from below her desk.
She then opened the scroll across the desk. "Now which familia would you like to join? Or would you like for me to give you a recommendation?" Bell looked at the long list of familias and asked. "Could you give me a recommendation? I am not sure which one will be great to join."
Eine looked at the long list of familias and then pointed to one. One that Orion will not like. His own the hestia familia. "This familia has been helping a lot of new adventures and making sure they can grow. I strongly recommend you to try out with them and then look for another familia if you don't want to stay with them."
Bell smiled and accepted he didn't know where to find them so he asked. "Miss Eine, where can I go to find the Hestia familia?" Hearing the question Eine smiled gently and replied they can be found on the Northern side of Orario. It is getting late so please go find an inn and rest up for the night. You can head to their familia home in the morning."
Looking at the window Bell just realized that the sun was setting. This made him go into a state of panic. "IT IS NEARLY NIGHT!" Bell in fear and mindless panic he bowed.
"Sorry for screaming, thank you for helping me. I will go find a place to sleep as soon as possible." Bell ran out like the wind and started looking for an inn or place to stay.
Throughout the town he ran and searched each place either full or closing up for the night. After a little while the only place still open were the pubs and one well known place. "Well I guess I have to ask kindly and see if I can stay here."
Bell entered the Hostess of fertility and watching through her divine eye sees bell heading to the hostess. "Let's see what he is doing back there."
As Bell entered the hostess, Mama Mia greeted him. "Welcome back little rabbit." Bell gave a smile and nervously asked "Hi mama Mia i have to ask something."
Mama Mia raised an eyebrow and asked. "Well what do you want to ask, little rabbit?"
"I need a place to sleep for the night. I forgot to find an inn and set up a place to stay so I kinda need a place to stay." Bell asked nervously for her answer.
Mama Mia gave a smile "Sure kid you're a paying customer so please come in. Let me call one of the girls to help you to a room."
Before Mama Mia could call out for one of the girls Syr appeared. "Don't worry Mama Mia, I can bring him to an empty room." Then Syr led him up to the second floor.
"Here is an empty room for you. Rest up and see you tomorrow." Bell gave a slight bow and thanked her. "Thank you Miss Syr, how much will it be?"
Syr put a finger to her chin and went into a thinking pose. "Hmm you can pay Mama mia in the morning. You can ask her in the morning."
With that Bell went inside his room and slammed himself on his bed and fell asleep.

Author here I know not as long as it was supposed to be. But it has been tooo long since my last upload and I am sick and don't know when I will be able to upload again. Nose is clogged up like orbeez in a toilet. Nearly died since i couldn't breath because…Wait no need to share that much any way will upload more chapters when i feel better. See you guys then.
