He spoke anxiously as though he was pleading. And Mrs. Seo couldn't help but smile at his reaction. "I only asked a yes or no question though… So funny."

"No need to apologize." Mrs. Seo smiled as she stared up at the moon. "That kid has been through a lot. He has seen a lot in life for a kid… and I think he only deserves the best love he could get. One that I might not be able to give him always…"
She smiled as she found herself telling him everything. Mrs. Seo told Lee Jaehyuk about Seo Yujin's past and how his father abandoned him and all. She told him all he had been through before staring at him.
"So you see… that I won't just let anyone be around my boy. I can only have the best around him… someone who can promise him the best…"
Lee Jaehyuk was quiet. Quietly sitting through and thinking about what Mrs. Seo had said. He couldn't help but clench his fist at the thought of what Yujin had been through.
