Current Locations and Situation
Kaien, Tsunade, Minato — Returned to Konoha with Kaien as a hostage.
Shizune, Kakashi, Saruto — In the western Land of Fire, near the border close to Amegakure.
Yushiro, Darui — In the Land of Hot Water, critically injured after being attacked by Minato and currently on the verge of death.
Sayami, Samui, Mabui — Still in the Land of Hot Water, hiding and unaware of Kaien's capture or Minato arrival/departure.
Killer Bee — At the battlefield where Kakashi and Guy fought and the spot where Minato teleport Kaien from.
Might Duy — Sealed in the Land of Frost by Killer Bee.
En Oyashiro, Yugito Nii, Pakura — Traveling toward the Kumo mainland and getting Yugito Nii back to safety since Killer Bee left for search of Kaien. And Pakura as captive.
Captain Renga — In the Valley of Hell, severely injured from a stray attack during the fight of En Oyashiro and Might Duy.
Orochimaru - Lamenting the loss of his test subject. Somewhere in Land of Fire about 200 kms away from Land of Hot water in his Laboratory.
Kagami - Waiting for Minato, who went to save his student, to validate the information of sasori joining suna and assassination of the Byakugan holder.
Danzo - Saw through Kagami that Kakashi is in Danger and Minato left the mission.
Might Guy - Dead; Blood sucked out by Yushiro as he doesn't have reserves (took the mission in a hurry) and secured Guy's blood as he was getting prepare to face the enemy(Minato). The body is sealed and is with Minato.
Pakkun - Helped Minato finds the Kuno enemies and unsummoned himself.
The Raikage - Still unconscious in Genbu's stomach dimension.

7. Saruto (??) and whoever heard or sensed the chakra signature near the camp.

I was surprised no one asked that somehow Shizune is still working for Tsunade even after Dan's death and going as far as to taking care of Tsunade's and Jiraiya's child.
Yushiro doesn't know because he was already unconscious.
